Applebee's Grill + Bar

Honestly the service started out well, we got there exactly when it opened. We order our drinks, appetizers and our meal. Mind you it was three things, and we didn't get our main meals until 11:45. We sat there with one appetizer for 45 minutes, the server bonnie did not acknowledge us or refill any of our drinks until after we paid she tried talking to us, I honestly think it was her attempt to get a tip after ignoring us. Disappointed

My daughter and her friends went there tonight to eat. Mind you one just turned 21 not to long ago the other girls are 20. We know the laws. They wanted to have a celebration dinner for her friend who just turned 21. Now the server who was with them was rude! She asked for ALL girls ID’s and said sorry nope you can’t drink. You all need to be 21! Refused at that point. And was even rude even before that and after. Never once checked on them and kept on giving them attitude. She only took their order and that was that. Some guy brought their food and that was that. She was very attentive to other tables around and she at the time when taking the order had another table ask for drinks. NOT EVERYONE ordered drinks! She ONLY asked for the ID’s of the ones asking and that was it. And it was a group of young people too! My daughter saw them and she could tell that that group was people my daughter’s age! Make that make sense! My daughter and her friends are all Mexican…… maybe your waitress is a racist! Yes I’m throwing that out there. I’m white and my daughter is 1/2 white 1/2 Mexican. Her 2 friends are full Latinas. The server at the time had Blonde hair. Completely rude! I’m sorry but if you’re gonna treat one table the same then you better treat the same table the same! This girl didn’t even offer my daughter’s friend that she could even go to the bar and sit down and enjoy her beverage there! If she had even known that she would have gone over there and drank her drink and then came back to the table and sat down to eat. But she didn’t know. Me the mother just found out am super PISSED! As you can imagine! How can you train your staff to be like this?!? Be like all friendly to on table and not friendly to the other table. Oh and btw I will be reporting you guys to the alcohol board or whatever it’s called for the waitresses non compliance and how she didn’t check or offer to check the other tables ID’s except the ones who wanted to drink! But my daughter’s table she wanted to ID everyone. Trust me! It’s happening!

We're to start get seated lady came to our table took our drink order came back with them no problems took our order for food ordered 2 meals the rib eye the food comes out start eating steak was not well done it was bloody waited around for the lady to come around to see how our food was or ask for refills still nothing at all she finally came by when we were ready to leave she got the manager she came out asked us what would you like me to do and I thought about that for a min then said we'll I don't want a new one that my girlfriend is already done with her meal and he's was not how she would of liked her rib eye either she took mine off the bill I think there needs to be a bit more training going on here with the cooks and the servers if I was dealing with people's food I would come by and check on people to see how there meals are and to top off there's drinks 3/7/25 630 pm 700 pm

This restraunt needs a complete staff overhaul. By far the worst dining experience personally I have had to endure. Total lack of organi,ational skills from the time we were seated till our departure which was over 2 hours and not by choice. Overhearing the server complaining about to the other patrons she was waiting on to beverage service. The meal was brought out in spurts and was overcooked and cold.
Bottoming will not return. This restraunt staff is exactly why this chain is going out of business. So sad!

We ordered the bourbon street specials. The mushroom burger looked fantastic. The meat was dry. The onions and mushrooms were burned. My daughter got the steak was ordered med/rare came out well done and was like a very dry pork chop. My son ordered sausage and shrimp. No shrimp and sausage was dry and chewy pasta was dry tasted like it had been cooked earlier and warned up was all so very dry. Pictures of food were great.i usually love all the food we get from Applebee's but today was a nothings like we are use to getting. A real 💯 Disaster.

Bought a couple chicken sandwiches and a couple burgers, part of the meal deals they now have. We've been there many times, with little to no complaints other than the usually long wait to pick up.

Tonight we ordered a BACON cheeseburger and when my son opened it it had two tiny pieces of bacon. I have a photo*. Like it was a crap piece or one piece that was broken into a few. Im unsure. My son was fine with it. I think it could have been better.

Had to send my steak back twice, the manager finally made sure it was cooked properly the 3rd time. Service was adequate but slow - it was pretty busy though, to be fair. However, their job is to provide good service and good food: which they are just slightly above average at, based on that visit.

I literally don't how Applebee's is still open, I'm from the south and they been closed down most all the Applebee's, I haven't ate it in over 10yrs! But in Washington they are EVERYWHERE so i was like they must be different.. absolutely not! I ordered the appetizer sampler, half rack of ribs meal, order traditional wings and a mixed drink ( i like to try different items when I visit restaurants). The salsa , spinach dip, the mozzarella sticks was terrible wings were ok bc they cooked it like I asked i was afraid to try the other items I just knew it was nasty, I sent it back ordered traditional wings , ribs had no taste, the broccoli was unseasoned and cold , the drink was terrible 🤢 the highlight of the meal was the loaded mashed potatoes! I sent them to be warmed up and after I put salt pepper and butter on them they were great! Will not be trying any Applebee's ever again.

Food not very good, the is service better, i always feel when I order their meal deals, I'm punished for doing so, food is old, cold, and never get never ending anything but when I order a meal at full price, it's hot and freshish so if you don't want people to order meal deals don't offer them. I'm taking a long hiatus from Applebee's. They are pricing themselves out of my price point, rather go somewhere where I don't feel punished. Two thumbs down!! (an old school reference)

My to go order was not very hot. The steak had a large section of fatty gristle in it and it was pretty small for a supposed 6 ounce steak. When I called I was put on hold as the employee stated, "I have something to do". When I arrived to pick up the food they were very disorganized. As a whole, it was a disappointing meal and experience. I doubt I will eat at this Applebees amytime soon.

It's applebee's there's not much to say.. I didn't choose the place one of my friends really likes the mozzarella sticks there..

And they were really good.. Are beverages really good as well I gotta surely temple..
The weight staff was very friendly..

I've been here twice and my server destiny has been rude both times, constant attitude, it seems like she doesn't even want to be there. Disappointed with the service. Right off the bat as she sat us down both times she just had a cloud of grey and it was obviously reflecting onto her face.
