Applebee's Grill + Bar

Not very impressed.. I got the chicken parmesan fettuccine, hardly any sauce on the noodles and the chicken was dry only thing I ate all of was the bread stick and salad. For $50 I expected at least a little better. Our server was great and the atmosphere was okay a little loud.

Lacey Applebees is by far our favorite. Stephany was the host she was so friendly and accommodating that we wanted a booth! I came in with my wife and we got the 2 for 25, such a great deal! We got 2 Caesar salads nice sized and 2 chicken parmesan fettuccine. It was so flavorful we loved it. Courtney was our server she recommended the pomegranate perfect margarita, gosh was it perfect !! Best margarita I’ve had in a long time. Service was 10/10, very fast, even thought they were busy. Had a nice conversation with Courtney she was very sweet. We finished off the evening with the cookie dough skillet dessert. Excellent! Can’t complain!!

First of all, you should definitely check the reviews on yelp before going to this restaurant the average 2.5 stars today was no different. My wife and I were the first ones in the door at 11 o’clock for lunch. We told them that we were on the clock for our lunch break. Meanwhile, our appetizers were the wrong order and seven couples that came in after us were served their appetizers and their courses before we were served our hamburger which came to us absolutely raw. I’m not sure what’s going on with this restaurant but something needs to change. This used to be my mother‘s favorite restaurant when she was alive, she would be so disappointed. I will not be coming to Applebee’s again anytime soon. Hopefully I will not get sick from the bite I took of the raw hamburger.

My son, parents, and I went here for lunch on July 4th. My Mom has Parkinson's and uses a wheelchair in restaurants. The hostess, Cassie, went out of her way to open the door for her, even before my son or I could get to the door. She could have waited for us, but she went above and beyond. What a great employee!!

Friendly service! Even when they’re slammed things come out good. To go has great quality just as good as dining in.

Ordered the 2 for $25 and one of the plates came out totally wrong. Ordered the 6oz sirloin medium rare and it came out nearly blue/raw and with rice instead of the potatoes. Asked them to fix the plate and they took the same steak I had already cut a bite from and cooked it like crazy until it was really overcooked and did not give me potatoes but took away the rice. Not impressed. Waitress was more focused on hanging out with the regulars sitting at the bar.

Not sure why AppleBees isnt as popular these days (I'm Australian living in the US and this is the first time I been to an Applebee's). The food, the atmosphere, the food, the service. Everything was 5 star.
I'm not sure if it's just this branch that's giving me a really good impression of this brand, but I'll definitely be back!

Edited: I ordered the ribs to go, with loaded mash and coleslaw. My coleslaw was a rotten stinky mess. I feel dumb for giving Applebees another chance. Money wasted. For some reason they’ve stopped doing the 10% military discount even though the Applebees by the mall still does so.
