Stopped by today to buy an E bike. Apparently, they weren't interested. Said they were too busy to even talk to me, especially when I said I was new to E bikes. Very disappointed to be put off like that. So, I'll take my money elsewhere.

I just recently bought my first E-Bike and I am a novice when it comes to bike repair. I was riding my bike and I hit a rather large rock and popped the tire. Chazz, the shop owner, not only fixed it, he helped me learn how to do the repair myself so I would have a better understanding if I get a flat again. He was knowledgeable, courteous and I can tell very passionate about not only bikes but also making sure his customers are well taken care of. Customer service this personal is rare to find these days. 10 out of 10 will return and will recommend!!! Thanks Chazz!

I purchased two AiPas ebikes and have been trying to find a nut to use on the axel that allows a secured installation for a coupler from a popular kids trailer. The original flange nut would not fit the coupler and I could not find another nut through Tacoma Screw or Fastenal.

Chazz was very friendly to my two kids and I when we showed up with the coupler and he provided me two acorn nuts to try, and both worked! He gave me the nuts to try on my word that if they didn't work I would return them.

This was a great customer service experience and look forward to future business here.

I baught an electric bike. They are very friendly knowledgeable helpful. I would highly recommend Baby Boomer Bikes.

Don’t expect a call back! We were going to order 2 new bikes through baby boomer bikes and I’m glad we didn’t. The bike we did order was not put together right even though they charge an assembly fee over $150!! We ordered the second bike and put it together in our living room in half an hour. Nice people but they don’t care about your bike. They slap them together and send you on your way. Was going to get some accessories from them but I will take my business elsewhere. Don’t be fooled by all the nice comments written on their wall, I was.

The owner lied and stole parts from me. I took my rad rover 5 in because it would not go. He put it on the stand and pushed a couple buttons to reset the electronics within 2 minutes and it was working fine. Instead of telling me and showing me how to reset it. He told me he had to check it out and to come back in a couple hours. I had a bag of parts rad had sent me expecting me to fix it even though it was still under warranty. When I got back he told me had replaced all the cables and controllers that were in the bag. The lie. I know it was working fine after he did the reset when I first got there and he just pretended he had replaced all the cables and controllers .I tried to pick up the supposedly used parts and he got pissed and told me they were bad. I know they were the new ones and he put them on the ground to make me think they were bad. He also ordered a part on. My warranty that I asked to be sent to me,but he kept them and did not tell me. If he had just showed me how to reset it which was all it needed this would be a 5 star review. He pretends to be a Christian but I found out how that works. make sure you know what he does for you. I will tell all of my friends to go somewhere else.
Update.....the owner is lying again. He knows I got the parts from. Rad bikes. I didn't give him every penny he claims he will return. Let's see if he will offer to return the parts he stole. If he agrees here I will try to deal with him again in person. If not you will hear from me again.

Chazz is a wonderful person that is a wealth of information. Highly recommend bringing your bicycles here. He is the only one in town that is authorized to work on the Lectric brand of e-bikes.

Very kind, helped resolve the issue with my bike seat. And gave some great advice for riding, to someone who hasn’t ridden in some time.
