Baskin Robbins FAIL! Not typically one to leave a review but due to a lack of making things right, I'm going to. I ordered a very expensive $54, unicorn ice cream cake for my picky eaters Birthday. When we cut in to the cake, it was the wrong kind of ice cream! When I called and spoke to the manager, he apologized and offered to make it right by giving me $3 off the next cake I order....SERIOUSLY?! So you got the ice cream wrong on an ICE CREAM cake but think $3 off next time...read full review
