Hoping my order is ready for pick up with the requested image tomorrow. I missed a call from the store at work yesterday, I called at two different times when I got off the phone continued to ring and then timed out and hung up. There was no option to leave a voicemail. I tried calling again today and no answer again.

It's not too bad. Baskin Robbins have kind of a low quality atmosphere in general, but their is no replacement for their mint chip. Workers were friendly and there are no complaints.

Best customer service in town! Elliot and Jasper handmade some adorable clown cones on the spot and were an absolute life saver for a last minute birthday party. 10/10 would recommend.

All I have to say is that it was the best service I've ever had at an ice-cream parlor. Shout-out to Elliott he was amazing and went above and beyond to help me. I was not able to tip him but I hope everyone knows this is the location to go to! He was the kindest nicest most helpful person in general I've met today! So thank you basket and Robbins I had a great experience and I definitely will be coming back!! Thank you Elliot and I apologize if I spelled the name wrong.!!

The prepacks are always filled the same so you know exactly what your getting for your money.The handpacks are always a hit or miss.Often times you get a lot less because they are not completely filled.They now have switched to cardboard vs the plastic containers so "packing" is subject.My last visit I felt shorted but didn't know till I got home.Maybe they go back to weighting the containers

Has a vintage-y vibe that not many ice cream parlors have anymore. Wish the neon sign was functional but I understand why it's not. Tasty ice cream and good customer service! Will be back.

I order a cake fom B&R on 8/13/22 for 8/31/22. I wanted to get a small cake with jamoca almond fudge but they said I could only get a medium. I ordered the medium. When I picked it up got it home and served it, it was just plain jamoca. I went back and spoke to the assistant manager who looked up the order and said that I had ordered jamoca. Which I had not. I remember telling the clerk 3 times jamoca almond fudge because this was the 2nd time they have messed up my order. She did apologize but I don't believe that is enough. Additional training of employees is needed. Also she should have at least offered a pint of free jamoca almond fudge to compensate for there mistake. Needless to say I will not let them make mistake # 3 by ordering from them again. Also the cake portion was very dry :(

I have a feeling the bad reviews are just trolls. This place is nice and the staff is very thoughtful and caring. As long as you treat the workers with respect and as humans they will treat you the same back. All in all I love the Bugatti cake I picked up!
