Ordered a rack of ribs to go & when the waitress brought the bag, it was light like it was holding a roll of paper towels. We should of inspected it right then and there. There's NO WAY a real cook in any kitchen would of sent that out. It was a rack of JERKEY!!! There was ZERO moisture left on that meat. Someone knew they were doing us wrong just to fulfill an order instead of telling us they were out of ribs. My bf wouldn't let me call to complain because there was no way he was going to return! So sad, it's been on our must try list since they put the signs up . Stick with what you know, but ribs or food quality is NOT IT!

Even though the sign on the window says that they are open 9 to noon for breakfast on weekends, it was not open at 9 today (saturday). I was told that the restaurant would not open until 11am.
this is difficult because the food was good tasting but the temperature of the food and how long it took was ridiculous. we went on Sunday morning at 10:00 five of us and we were the only ones in there for breakfast. we ordered it took 30 to 45 minutes to get our food and it was cold. when I got my food I reminded the waitress of my toast. I finally got my toast when it was halfway done with my omelette and it was cold. it was very nice of the cook to come out and wish me a happy birthday but I can't get over how cold the food was and there are only five of us there for food. I won't be back anytime soon
The food portions were so so small for the price. Burger and fries and sliders and brisket sandwich. I got 8 fries. It was frustrating how long we waited when the place was pretty empty. Both of us specifically asked for coleslaw on the side and neither one of us received that. Making the food extremely soggy. It think with a few side options, for how much you charge, add a side to the meal. We weren't full but didn't want to spend any more so went down the street and had bar appetizer. Sorry , won't be back to this place

Upon reading through reviews of this place and seeing an overwhelming amount of negativity, I entered the restaurant with extremely low expectations. Now for the first impressions. For starters, this place is massive, almost too big for a BBQ restaurant. And very quiet inside. They had pandora playing music in one corner of the room, and didn’t even pay for the premium subscription, so we were listening to ads part of the time. I thought that was odd, but not a dealbreaker. Upon arrival, we were greeted and seated promptly. The waitress was extremely nice and gave us menus right away. We decided to order from their happy hour menu, which was very reasonably priced. We each ordered three sliders(one of us brisket and the other pulled pork) an order of loaded pulled pork fries, and two beverages. So far, so good. Ambiance wasn’t the best but we were looking forward to the food. Well, we were looking forward to the food for a long, long time, because it took a while. Some of the other groups who ordered before us still hadn’t gotten their food either, so I felt bad for them. So how was the food, you may ask? Let’s start with the fries. The first thing I noticed was that there weren’t many fries on the plate but there was a healthy portion of sour cream and pulled pork. The fries were crispy but overall unremarkable. The pulled pork became soggy with all of the sour cream on top. Overall, neither here nor there in terms of enjoyment. Now for the sliders: they were the worst sliders I have ever had in my life, no debate. The coleslaw added nothing to the flavor or character and the meat was cold, extremely dry and almost rubbery. I told my wife that I think we accidentally switched orders as I got the brisket and she got the pulled pork sliders, and upon trying hers I realized that wasn’t the case. The brisket was just really that bad. Now after we ate, it took about 20 minutes to get our check(not the best way to close out the dinner) and it wasn’t busy by any stretch. I had overheard them having problems with a to go order as well, so I don’t think the dysfunction begins and ends with the food/service. I wanted to give this place a chance since we live so close, but they straight up should not be in business. Save some money and get the pre cooked pulled pork from the grocery store, along with a bag of kings Hawaiian rolls, and you will have a sandwich that’s easily four times as good as whatever they serve at BBQ Junkies.

I' ve never left a review before but this place is awful. Extremely slow service for take out. Bbq sauce too sweet and odd flavor. Meat was dried out. Ran out of ribs and substituted with fries. Always check your to go order. What a rip off!

Our ribs were cold, and mac and cheese dish lack flavor. The entries were a over priced. There was one waitress that appeared disinterested in providing adequate service.

Yall ever been to a BBQ joint and nothing smells like BBQ?? Like literally no cooking smells coming out of the kitchen at all!!!! No meat smells coming off a grill.Ribs so smothered on BBQ sauce prob to cover up whatever happened to that nasty meat!I even got sick! I think it was the pork. Didn't even eat the rest of what was in the doggy bag. Threw it out.Mac and cheese was even trash. All watered down and stuff and flavorless. And to top it off, everything is super overpriced and the portion sizes of this most likely older than a week microwaved cusine are super small.DONT GO HERE!!

Not quite sure this place is named properly. With a four page menu, there was no option for a pulled pork sandwich or platter, and beef brisket is only available on Fridays and Saturdays. Friendly enough service but their prices are high ($5.49 for a side ramekin of beans or coleslaw) and the food was average at best. I hate to give a negative review, but this place definitely isn’t for people who are BBQ junkies.

Only getting a star because I have to so I can leave this review. This is my husbands review from yelp!My party waited over 5min to be seated when there was no one else in line. Waitress stood at the bar waiting for drinks to be poured instead of seating us. We never got silverware and had to ask the bartender for some. First red flag was a small print on the back on the menu, they charge 4% per debit/credit swipe? What? We had cash though (more on that later). Took over an hour to get food with no apologies or updates till we asked at the hour mark. They ran out of chicken at some point but the wait staff had no knowledge of this till well after we ordered. Food came out and it was all cold. Not one thing was hot, sides were luke warm at best. Corn on the cob was soggy and tasted like it had been heated in the microwave. The flavor was sub par, tasted like unseasoned meat with some bbq sauce drizzled on it. As we finished the bartender came to check on us, not our waitress and we complained about the food and service. We got no compensation. At this point we were ready to just pay and leave. We hand over the cash cause no way were we gonna be charged to use a card. Then they come to bring us change on only bring bills. THEY KEPT THE REST. DO NOT GO HERE. IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. You want better bbq? Go get a cold case rotisserie chicken from the grocery store and a cheapy $1 bbq sauce.
I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!! My brother, sister in law and I went for dinner last night it was awful. Here’s my brother's review left on yelp. Had to give a 1 star as there was no zero star option. We waited over 5min to be seated when there was no one else in line. Only three tables were seated. I can’t really complain about the food for I haven’t tried the place yet, but I was a little disappointed to see that it the place was open online. Only to get here at 8pm to the place being closed, on a Thursday. With no sign to say why.
Very large dining room, food is excellent, I picked up for takeout. A little pricey but worth it.

The brunette waitress was really trying her best but that is the only positive thing I can say about my experience eating here. My food was barely warm and really awful, the service was very slow. I left with a gut ache and a bill I shouldn't have had to pay.
