We went there to get the new SpongeBob Bikini Adult Happy Meal, it got our interest from the advertisement. We went through the drive thru to order 2 meals, they are $18.99 each! We ordered the meals and then were told they dont have the pineapple shake that comes with it. So, we said can we substitute regular medium shakes instead for the same price, they said yes. When we pulled up to the window, they had charged us almost $3 more for the shakes. Then, one meal only had 4 Mac bites and the other 8 pcs. We asked why, they said they gave us a $0.30 lower price for 4 less bites? Again we asked why? They couldn't tell us, we bit into one and it was soggy and Luke warm, obviously not at all fresh and why the second order only had 4 bites! The burgers were so sloppily made, you would swear they purposely tried to make a mess of them. We drove off paying $54 and had our worst ever experience at any fastfood establishment! I will never go back to Lacey Burger King for Luke warm, sloppy, soggy, food that didn't even come with what we paid for! I'd give it a zero stars if I could. Management needs to reign I their employees and provide a half ways decent meal. This was on Dec 10th at about 1:30pm

DONT ONLINE ORDER??? I pulled up to the drive through to pick up an online order. No one responded for 10 + minutes. There was a line behind me that did the same as well..Had to send in a refund to my bank and drive away???

I'm a platinum doordash delivery driver I have seen it all but This is monumentally bad and I'm from Detroit. No service completely ignored by staff. I guess this is what happens when you have teenagers running the show. Crazy work

Probably the worst Burger King I have ever been too. I went here twice and the first time I got no service after 10 minutes. Second time, I waited behind a couple who had been waiting there for a while. I decided to hop out of line and try drive through. I wait a few minutes and there was no response. I wouldn't encourage anyone to get their food from here. There are better Burger Kings in Lacey.
D/T was a little busy, went inside. Took 5min to order, 15 to get our food. Ordered burgers & wraps, food sat for awhile on the counter getting cold wraps weren’t even ready yet as the shells were frozen, fries were old & stale. Asked for new ones & got the same ones back. Had a kid running D/T that’s was rude & disrespectful. Asked me what I needed, so tried to explain my food was up just waiting for someone to gather it. He told me they’d get to my order when they had the chance so I needed to wait. When I went back for the new fries I was given attitude & told that they had dropped new ones. Which I was not given. I let the kid know that was not good customer service & not to talk to me like that. The manager in charge was not even from that store.

If I were you I would avoid this place at all costs. Not only is the food not suitable for human consumption that's not even the worst part. The morning manager a very unpleasant large woman needs to be not only fired but criminally charged. My mind is blown that this person is allowed to interact with other people let alone coustomers. So here it is I go get some breakfast thru the drive thru. Take a couple bites but the breakfast sandwich is cold and stale. So I go to the dumpster and throw it away. So a couple hours later I realize that I lost my debit card. Me and my GF go back to look ak burger king thinking it may have gotten thrown in the trash with my bag of food I go to the dumpster to check. The next thing I know the back door flies open and a heafty woman says she is the manager and has a sidekick with her. She starts yelling at us together out of her dumpsters that we are stealing and she is going to call the cops if we dont leave even after I explain to her what is going on she continues to talk to the cops as im leaving giving them my plate number saying we are harassing and attacking her as we steal from her dumpster. I have no idea what I did to set off this volatile mad woman lying to the cops because im lo9king for my debit card. This woman is a liability and needs to be restrained and taught a lesson on how to treat people. Un bel8eveable.

This Burger King should be renamed to Burger Peasant. I went here twice and both times the drive-through took over 20 minutes to get stuck in. The inside is pretty dirty so it wasn't pleasant to eat inside. The Whopper is superior to other chains' signature burgers but it just isn't worth getting trapped in a purgatory-like drive-through for.
