I came by this morning and mistakenly ordered a caramel frappe instead of a pumpkin like I intended. I kindly asked the barista if she was able to remake it. She takes the old one and starts remaking it, great. However, the window is wide open and I hear her talking about me to her coworker. They also failed to ask if I have a phone number with them and I don’t get my points. If she would’ve simply said no we’re unable to remake the drink it would be fine. But berating me when I’m literally right there, making eye contact is just disrespectful and horrible customer service at 9am on a Sunday. At least wait for me to leave to badmouth.

The ladies here are absolutely wonderful! They see me coming and have my order ready and even if my order changes, they're okay with that! Amazing group of women that work here in the mornings!

I've normally have a good experience enjoying their drinks, but yesterday I was a bit saddened to find my Orange Cream smoothie tasting a bit less orange cream than I expected. It kind of tasted less sweet and more iced juice? I was super excited to drink this with my bf but maybe it was just a rough day.

Really cool space, and impeccable service but the nitro cold brew was a miss for me, and the breakfast burritos are the kind that get put in a microwave. This felt more like a fast food breakfast experience, than a cafe.

I take my 90 year old Mom here for a special blended coffee drink once a week. The Crew there is so sweet to her and they make wonderful drinks hot or cold!
A bit pricey but worth it!

Got scammed twice at this place. They charge for one thing but then give you something completely different of lower quality and value. Will never go back to this place again. Complete ripoff.

Ordered a dirty chai which tasted like powder mix with coffee and milk. Overall it was ok. I think coffee here would taste better. The service was good

The store, customer service, atmosphere, and wide variety of options were good. Coffee, energy drinks, mixed flavors of (dirty) sodas, merchandise, unique gifts/crafts/items, seating, conference room, drive through, etc.

The only thing i can think of improving would be an option of dark roast for the espresso. The medium roast came out a bit weak for my taste, but I can tell the roasting is good. Not bad but I'm used to strong stuff I guess. If possible, throw a grinder in with a dark roast espresso to give people the option or a ability to try so they can understand the differences and know what they like. Personally, I like a more medium roast iced americano but darker roast in hot lattes or mochas b/c the flavor. To each their own! Great place though!
