Second time ordering from them thru Door Dash. First time, didn't get the cookie I ordered and they just gave me a different cookie. This time, ordered The French Toast bagel UNHEATED, and two macadamia nut cookies. Delivery time stated 30 minutes - Took 50 minutes to get a Heated bagel (and shriveld egg/bacon because it was heated - not unheated like I ordered) and two stale cookies (and I only live 5 miles away - could have drove there and back twice in that time frame). Even the door dash driver stated they were slow slow slow to deal with the order and there wasn't any other customers there. I tried calling seven times before I placed the order to make sure that my order would be correct - no answer at all. Won't be going back for a third time that's for sure

I went through the drive and ordered an iced americano and a cookie. They handed me a hot americano and I said “I ordered iced? They lady working the window was nice. But the other barista poured the burning hot americano in a bigger cup and added a bunch of ice and they went to hand it to me. I said that’s not what ordered. I wanted a 16oz iced americano? And they both said “it’s the same just more ice”. I used to be a barista and it’s not the same! The ice melts and and it’s all watered down. They remade it correctly and I drove away with out my cookie. Ugh. So I went in and grabbed. This whole experience was not good. I go to the other location all the time and it’s fine service there. I guess that’s why everyone waits in line at Dutch bros across the street!

I understand being short staffed but we sat without being talked to for a good while. We waited in line for almost half an hour. & for some of the blandest, driest MICROWAVED food. The burrito is just another brands burrito they warm up, the french toast bagel was so dry, bland and the cheese was way over microwaved it was like crispy and nasty, we paid $28 for this ? nothing was fresh or made today, the biscuits can't be cut through on the bottom ??. I just wanna know what took 30 minutes if it was all microwaved ??? super disappointing, we ended up throwing the french bagel away because its disgusting and the burrito I got (the heater) is soooo small and way smaller after the triple wrapping comes off. Like honestly what a joke.

After a 2 hour drive from the airport, I was tired, needed to stretch, and wanted a hot beverage. You know those airport drives in sweats, yea, one of those. Traffic was thick, and I didn't want to go too far from home and remembered this place was new around the corner. I'm so happy I wasn't too tired to take a chance on a new place. Even in my sweats, the young lady who helped me was very kind and offered me a wonderful suggestion for my Chai tea. CAN YOU SAY DELICIOUS!!!! I ordered a mix of spice and vanilla Chai tea latte, and it is amazing!!! I'm very happy I can swoop less than 3 mins down the street for a Chai tea. I look forward to trying their other selections. Thank you for opening this location. The decor is cozy and cute. You won't be disappointed! OH!! They also have a drive thru you can use as the days get colder.

This is the first time I have encountered such a rude staff in this area. We ordered our coffee, children's drinks, a muffin, and a cookie in the store, but the staff seemed busier with drive-through orders. We received drinks and a muffin we ordered, but not a cookie. When we first ordered a cookie, she said she would prepare it separately for display purposes only, but we only received drinks and a muffin. When we asked her not to receive a cookie, she said she had already given it to us with another drink. When we told her again that we had not received the camera to check, she said that another customer must have taken it. The customer waiting after us only ordered smoothie drinks, and we could tell by looking at them. She did not admit her mistakes and acted as if we were taking it for granted and lying to her. She can make mistakes because they are busy, but it's really rude to act and say things like we're lying. Can't she just check the CCTV? We asked again because we didn't receive everything we ordered. And when I went to order another drink for my friend, she who was rude to us sent another employee away. I will never go here again and I will tell my friends that I have never been to a place so rude. As a neighbor who supports local businesses, I am so disappointed.

The coffee scene is not worth the detour. The breakfast food pictures online are misleading. If you want an easily forgettable(probably premade) bagel sandwich for breakfast and bitter coffee, this is your spot. Will have to check one of the events they hold at this place to assess that atmosphere but I sadly am not sure why this has a 4.6 score online.
