When you have ordered the same drink multiple times and today it looks different The barista shouldn't question why you need it remade Or give a lame excuse when the color is different and she clearly made it wrong. Why do I pay $13 for their mistake.UPDATE: I stop in This Morning to get my birthday coffee and I'm told that I can't redeem it and they are out of literally everything. employee states she was embarrassed.She also mentioned she would talk to her general manager. Maybe the general manager should stock this location with products so they can Take care of their customers.

This coffee is variable in who prepares your order. I’m disappointed in the service. My vanilla latte was all syrup and even with me returning a full drink that costs 6 dollars for 12oz they refused to remake it. Now more than ever we should support small business in our communities, not this one.

Blonde lady (long hair) likes to not listen to the drink order, makes whatever she wants then hands it to you over blended (to a runny liquid). She walked away before I finished describing my drink. And I got chocolate water with Whip. Not the first sour experience with her.

Showed up to the Lacey location with a free one on a punch card. Was told they no longer accept the punch cards, but instead have a phone number system to accumulate points to earn free coffee. Instead of honoring the free coffee card, they took it and charged me fully. It took time to get enough punches because you would get a different card to restart your count over if you ordered a different size drink. Example: a 16 oz is one punch card, 24 ounce is another. I drink different size drinks depending on my mood (and need of caffeine) so out of 3 punch cards, I have over 25 punches. Guess they are invalid now. Sucks they won’t honor them still.

I enjoy coming here, the points system is convenient, my drink is usually good, I get the exact same thing every visit, i tip the same every time, but the cost is inconsistent at best. It has ranged anywhere from 8-13$ at any given time.Not being transparent with prices, makes it hard to know who to dispute price with.

Wow!! The coffee here was so amazing, and the staff was very friendly!! we ordered a blended caramel frappe, and a blended dirty vanilla chai, and they were both so amazing. Will absolutely be returning.
