We have been there twice now and both times the service was so slow and the coffee (if you can even call it that) is awful 😖. The first time we waited 27 minutes with only ONE car ahead of us. I was so upset I didn't order anything for myself, just my kids who didn't deserve to be punished because I was mad a the drive thru lady, lol. This time I actually ordered a latte and it's un-drinkable/soooo gross! The chocolate chip cookies are good, so I gave them 2 stars.

Not very friendly staff. Coffee never tastes good, always different taste even though it's the same thing. Ordered a drink with lighter ice, was responded to with an eye roll and told there will be a gap. Which was no problem but the 24oz drink literally was given to me half full. Given many chances and even my 9 year old can't stand getting drinks from here.

Oct 29, 2025..Probably is the worst coffee I had so far in Washington. TBH it was trash. Had a frappe that was so water down. Didn’t taste the coffee or the sweetness. Had to try to save it and added caramel at home. Also ordered the French toast bagel sandwich. Don’t waste your money. They over heated it up in the microwave making the bread extra hard. The cheese was so hard and melting in the bread. I’ve never experienced a bagel sandwich to be that horrible. SMH. If you like wasting money and garage food. Have at it!! I could have MAYBE understood if it was busy. I literally was the only one in line which I should have known to go somewhere else like Cutters coffee shop way better frappes. I see they have other locations. Maybe this one just serves horrible food and drinks. But I’m too upset to try other locations. What a freaking waste.

I will say the price point was the best thing. I paid $10-11 bucks. But NEVER AGAIN

I ordered a French toast bagel from you just now thru uber eats and I got no egg, no bacon, just the bagel with cream cheese…. It’s impossible to get ahold of uber to get it corrected… pretty disappointing

I stopped by Wednesday morning for an eggnog lattee before work. When I pulled up to the window I was greeted by the barista and she asked what I was having. I would like 16 oz eggnog lattee. She then said I'm so sorry we don't have any eggnog at this time and we haven't had for a minute. She went on and said the management knew about the situation and have contact cafe elite business up north who have eggnog.

I was bummed, but she didn't let that stop her . She asked me what I like and what could I make you. She was awesome and made me an amazing pumpkin spice Americano. She picked up the drink, so I grabbed a snackie and left her a tip. She made my day.

Hopefully the owner sees this and could reach out to me or the CEO. I have two questions for them.

Baristas are always kind and the customer service is top tier. However, every time I make my coffee order, the color, taste, and price is different. Please improve on the consistency!

Absolutely love coming here, the staff is very friendly, has great surprise drink taste when you just don't know what you want. This is the only coffee stand I will go to. Definitely recommend if you haven't gone here yet. Food is always really yummy too.

Coffee tastes different depending on who makes it. Most of the workers there are really nice, but there have been a couple who are not so friendly (maybe it was just a bad day who knows!). I have ordered a macchiato at least 3 times from them, and not only does it taste different each time, but it is always STIRRED before I get it. That's not how a macchiato is supposed to be served. I think some quick re-training on the assembly of drinks and also standardization of the recipes would do this place a lot of good.

I’m posting on behalf of my sister who told me about her recent experience.
She has been going here daily and always gets the same drink. She has never once complained about how her drink was priced (though it’s usually a different price every time, she’s never complained to them about it).
When she went today the barista working berated her for how she ordered her drink and told her she needed to change how she ordered it. She told her that it’s confusing for the baristas and that they aren’t accurately charging her when she orders her drink and that she needed to do it differently from now on.
I have worked in a coffee shop for 6 years and I can never think of a time where it was acceptable to berate a customer and tell them they aren’t “ordering their drink correctly”.
I think it would be totally acceptable to educate someone on the different drink types if they didn’t understand and had unreasonable expectations however I think it’s wildly inappropriate to berate a customer for an issue that ultimately is the staffs fault for not charging the drink properly.

It’s honestly comical how bad the coffee is here 😂 I feel like it has to be the products they use. Had a blended chai once that was the texture of a loogie, then a mocha with the worst chocolate flavor to it and just now a cold brew that had the absolute worst taste to it 😂 I can’t stray from steamers and Italian sodas if I go here cause I always end up having to dump the drink and get a new one somewhere else.

The baristas are very nice though!

Barista had to have my order repeated to her 3 times, I was the only person there. Incredibly slow. $8.50 for a latte and it's undrinkable. Burnt, bitter, tastes like chemicals, not coffee. Also they use stickers instead of stoppers like that's going to work.

I got a cappuccino there this morning and it was boiling hot and I got burned badly. I also got a sandwich that was tasteless and from the freezer and it was microwaved. I paid $20 for that. My morning is ruined and I don't recommend this place to anyone.
