I had an amazing experience when I went through the drive through this evening. The window attendant Alex was very kind and all the food was warm. Unlike Mc Donald’s every time I have come to Carl’s Jr I get everything I pay for and ordered.

I decided to try Carl’s Jr for the first time today- I drove through the drive thru and encountered a lovely person named Juan Diego! He was cheerful and knowledgeable. Since this was my first visit, Juan Diego suggested the fish burger (which I ordered along with an order of fried zucchini) My service was excellent, precise and the restaurant was very clean. I brought home my food which was delightful! I will definitely be going to this restaurant again.
Vegetarian options: They have a fried zucchini burger! I only had the fried zucchini however I would like to try the burger option

I used to eat at Carl's Jr. a lot when I was in Orange County, California. They are headquartered there and are in so many locations including the Cal State Fullerton campus. Visits there and the pub were one of the highlights. It was nice to see this location here in Lacey. A good place to get comfort food that brings back some fond memories.
The staff here (especially management) are professional and friendly. Arianna is a total sweetheart and makes every visit an enjoyable experience. Diego is always a pleasure to deal with. Above and beyond friendly and efficient. Orders are always correct and service and food quality are always on point.
