excellent experience! I went to look at kayaks today and the employee that helped me, Micah, was so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful! He got me signed up for a card to earn points and helped me strap my kayak onto my car, and even gave me some awesome kayaking tips. I know who to look for if I ever need help in the future. Very low inventory and not one staff person offered to help so after 30 minutes of not being able to find what I was lookimg for and not a bit of assistance from I left empty handed. Some serious customer service is needed at the Lacey location.

Guy in the archery department was extremely rude only 20 seconds into our phone conversation. Seemed very unhappy to help. Then when my husband brought my 11 year old son in to have his bow(which was an expensive Cabela’s purchase) set up he was very rude. Horrible customer service. He is definitely driving business elsewhere.

All the staff was very friendly. The prices were good. The food was GREAT !! I don't mind spending $10 and getting a great meal.

I've recently purchased my first spotting scope, a Vortex Diamondback 20-60x80 (this is an entry-level scope). Unfortunately within just days of getting it I realized I really would need something with better range and clarity.

Brought in a rifle in to possibly sell to their gun library outfit. I knew their general procedure prior to bringing in the rifle since I inquired about it during a previous visit. Checked in the rifle at the front door, it was brought up to the library, then approximately 15 minutes later they had a offer for me. Was told they evaluated the rifle at 90% condition, yet this rifle is basically new in box (including the box!) other than breaking in the barrel so I inquired, "ok
