This place is AMAZING, and so are the people that run it!! I am always coming here on my lunch. I get the banana leaf tamales every time, and they are my absolute favorite. It comes out to only $10 with tip and makes such a satisfying meal. Today their point of sale system was not working and they told me I could just pay for it next time 🥲 Their service is amazing and it made me want to come on here and give them a good review. They are so kind, caring, and trustworthy. I love telling people about this place, and they truly deserve the business! Love you, Charro Azteca ❤️

These marinated pork tacos are straight-up criminal because there’s no way food this good should cost just $9. I mean, look at this plate: three thick tacos piled with juicy pork, onions, cilantro, and enough garnish to start a salad bar. They even threw in a whole jalapeño like it’s no big deal. The salsa? Spicy enough to make you question your life choices in the best way. The lime wedges came in clutch like the hype crew for each bite. And the cucumbers? I didn’t ask for a spa day, but they delivered anyway. If you're hungry, broke, or just love flavor explosions, RUN don’t walk. These tacos owe me nothing… except maybe a nap.

Ive been eating here since opening, great customer service, great portions, honestly it feels like your eating a home cooked meal, and I will continue to go back the tamales are really good to I highly suggest to give them a try.
Fresh and delicious. But the burritos are loosely made and difficult to eat by hand, the flatter and fork are basically necessary. Also, the ingredients read like everything is part of the burrito, but the cucumber, radish and sour cream are served on the side. Finally, I wish the before burritos had more beans to make up for the lack of animal based protein

Absolutely the best Quesabirria Tacos and Quesadillas in the Olympia/Lacey area! The portions are extremely generous. The taste is amazing and the service is outstanding. Love this place and it's my go to when I need my Mexican Food fix. Get the red sauce for a perfect blend of heat and flavor. I'm getting hungry just writing this.
Way overpriced you even have to pay for hot sauce$3 for a can of pop ask for extra cilantro and onions they did not put it on the tacos they did not even give me my hot sauce that I bought disappointed for $20 for lunch well not be eating here again.
I drive over an hour to come here. Very generous portions. Very tender and delicious meats. There so much meat in the carne asada tacos you can barley grasp it it's amazing. The birria is phenomenal very juicy, and also huge portions in the quesadilla. The people who work here are always very friendly. I love this food truck! And highly highly recommend it to anyone looking for amazing tacos and birria quesadillas.

have always driven past but wow, wish i would’ve stopped by sooner. parked inside a gas station parking lot. there are two small outdoor tables where you could sit at.
the quesabirria tacos are bomb!!! meat was juicy and flavorful with a crispy tortilla. rice and beans are yummy too. don’t sleep on this place.
