About a month ago, someone brought a cat in the store. It was either an off duty employee or a friend, because he walked right up to the counter, and the person behind it pet the cat, then proceeded to prepare food. There were also several people waiting for pickup orders and several employees doing nothing. It was clear these young employees didn’t have a manager present. Unless the manager was complicit.

We had not been to Chipotle in Lacey for a month or so. It has been our go- to place for reliably tasty and fast food for a long time. Tonight was very different. We waited much longer than normal. No one was waiting on customers. When we finally got our food it was COLD- not just warm, but really cold. That’s just not okay. Worst of all, it was tasteless. Completely bland, the meat, the rice, the veggies, even the pico. It was terrible. What happened to Chipotle??? Will not go back. Too bad.

On 2/7/25 I ordered takeout. This was the first thing I ate since 6am when I ate eggs and toast at home. I picked it up at 6pm. At 1:30am I woke up feeling terrible with violent explosions from both ends and ended up in urgent care having to get fluids from having food poisoning and being so dehydrated. I couldn’t keep anything down for 24 hours. It’s not the first time this happened to me from this location. Only this time I knew it was this place because I hadn’t eaten anything else all day since breakfast. Definitely steer clear of this location.
We actually stopped ordering food from here for awhile because of their portion kept getting smaller. But we tried it again anyway. Hoped they have had some change. I guess this is the last time. We ordered 17 bowls, most of them are not even half of the bowl. This is totally BS. It's our fault thought they could do better.

I came to leave a review because I was really looking forward to my steak bowl, well as soon as I opened it I could see the steak was so very rare! The whole bowl was like that. I don’t eat bloody steak! It was a waste of money except for the chips and queso. Beyond that they very helpful with my order.

This is the second time in 3 weeks that I’ve experienced poor service at this location. Last week the cashier told me my card didn’t go through. Ran it again and I later discovered that I was charged twice. Before she handed me my receipt she tossed it in the trash then realized what she did grabbed it out and tried to hand it to me. Unbelievable! Today I put in an order online and it said ready at 741 pm. I arrived at 758 and it had not even been started. What’s going on here Chipotle?

I did mobile order to go.. food was great but very very small portion. I ordered extra beans and lettus but I thought I was getting a kid menu. Also, the garbage was full and they didn't have any chipotle sauce. 4 people were working but no one took care of it. Asked them for a new bottle but they said they didn't have any.
