Waited 30 minutes for 2 people in front of us to be helped. Out of all meat except chicken more than an hour before closed and no sour cream. The chicken they had looked hours old and crusty. Staff not at all friendly and felt very unwelcome. Disappointed.

Good Chipotle.Food was very good, only the rice was a bit salty in some places.It's very good how healthy the food is at chipotle number.It is also very welcome that there are also dishes that are not spicy.Service was very nice and friendly.Everything was clean and not so crowded.Prices are also reasonably cheap.Vegetarian options: There are two protein bases and you can then put together your own dish from many vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: Also less spicy and vegetarian dishes.

I have been going here for more than 3 years. I can say this has gone from an ‘ok’ place to piss poor. Service is atrocious, portions are minuscule, and general sense is that everyone there hates their life more than the folks at McDonald’s across the street. Just go elsewhere. You’ll have plenty of time to rethink your decision while they serve at a snails pace.

The employee who served me here was very rude to me after I met him with a smile and use my manners (as a customer should). However, Jarrell just seemed to not enjoy his job much or just was upset in general. Regardless of if you are having a bad day or not treat every customer with respect especially if it is given to you openly by said customer. Seeing him interact so kindly with the customer before me and then change so quickly to serve me was a real disappointment. I hope the young man learns basic respect and decency towards everyone and not just ones he might find attractive. It’s real unprofessional and it will not take you far, at all. Thanks!

Yesterday for lunch I ordered a bowl with chicken, rice, beans, and lettuce. Everything tasted normal until about 7 hours later when I started vomiting and had diarrhea all night. I was throwing up until 5 a.m. and still feel sick today. I know it was either the chicken or lettuce because that’s all I had, I never got to eat dinner.

I’ve always like Chipotle, that’s why I won’t give it a 1 star. Lately however, this Chipotle has been slacking, hard. Tonight I made an online order and went to pick it up around 8. When I went in, it wasn’t busy, 2 people being waited on and 2 workers that I could see. I aired in line and listened to the customers being served and heard several options were out. The second customer left because the options they wanted were out. Then, I see 3 other employees come out from nowhere and I start thinking, “How are they out of food at 8pm and are open until 11?” My meal started with what rice was scraped off the bottom of the pan, and then ended up light. Unfortunately, this is the only way that anyone can get heard nowadays without being brushed off and disregarded. I don’t want anything other than the service and food that I’m used to receiving at Chipotle, thank you! ?

Third time in a row..no chips, no fajitas, and they barely fill a bowl or burrito. Super disappointed. Oh and they don’t have change for a $20. It’s gone down hill fast. The manager isn’t very professional.

Chipotle sucks these days. Been over a year since I last had it. Decided to try again...store doesn't have half the ingredients.How about I don't reach out, already wasted too much of my time. Nothing you can do to bring me back as a customer. Give whatever you were going to give me to a homeless person.

The worst service ever. I used to come here weekly but the last few months have just been horrible. Every online order I’ve placed has been bad. Rice is crunchy, the bowl is less than halfway full, and it’s NEVER ready even 10 minutes after I get a notification that it’s “on the shelf.” There’s been too many times where I’ve gone in and they have to make my food in front of me even though my pickup time was 20 minutes prior. They also say they are “out” of so many ingredients 2 hours before closing. This used to be my favorite place to get food but sadly I won’t be back!!

This place has horrible workers. I have ordered here a lot and i usually don’t have an issue until tonight. I ordered white rice with steak for both my bowls. I got brown rice and chicken. Door dash paid for my delivery and order the 2nd time and they gave me brown rice with barbacoa. Obviously they were out of white rice and steak and was too lazy to make a new batch of steak or rice. I guess don’t ordered an hour before closing!

Most of my barbacoa consisted of fat/very fatty pieces. They were out of guacamole and chips. Last time they were out of sour cream. The rice and beans have been undercooked. I’ve been disappointed in this locations consistency.

Normally this location is a 5 out of 5, however last 2 times there was very little meat in the orders. I ordered extra beef for my son and it was like a regular order. I loooooooved the cashier both times. He was the shining light both visits.

I frequent this particular spot because it is easily accessible and the food is great. I've been here during slow times and busy times, mostly in the afternoons or evenings. Today, I give phenomenal kuddos to Summer!!! Great job in taking care of the line all by yourself!!! Biggest observation today. She took care of a young family of 4 ahead of me with calm, ease, and absolute accuracy and professionalism. In less than 2 minutes, the line behind me grew to an additional 11 people. Summer did not bat an eye and just continued to do her job. No other employee was on the line preparingbmeals, and no other came up to the line to help her in the 20 minutes it took me to order and write this review...with a constant stream of people going in. However, interestingly, as if serving orders by herself was not enough, an employee by the name of Beck was a bit vocal about her not labeling some of the items as she was putting them together. Someone else was bagging the items while his sole job was cashering. It's not a good professional practice on his part, more of a severe lack of teamwork towards better service. I'm not sure about his position or authority, but he definitely needs some mentorship or coaching on what teamwork is about. Shouting to a coworker across the line on what she is doing wrong rather than steping up and helping is a sad and extremely poor show of character. Perhaps he should be trained on the line as well...by himself, during peak time. The experience may be educational on how to treat coworkers.
