So I stop the other day to have dinner with my wife and my mom, I used to do food deliveries and I can recalled the food was looking good decent and was going to treat my 2 girls to a nice meal. Sorry but not sorry the meats were dried the servers were stingy whit the serving portions I'm not sure what's going onnot going back that's for sure.

I frequent this establishment because it is close to my house and I love Chipotle. Someone needs to do something about their manager. These employees are constantly belittled, scolded and laughed at by their manager who is always on her personal device ingnoring over worked staff. She’s a Hispanic named Cynthia, Cece or something close to that. I have seen a small boy in the restaurant unsupervised multiple times that staff referred to as the managers son. He will run around and into the kitchen/ prep areas while the mom/ manager ignores him. I have heard staff beg for hours and she just laugh at them and tell them no. My last visit she reprimanded a young girl making the order in front of me so bad she looked like she was going to cry. Like I said I frequent this establishment multiple times per week because it’s within walking distance from my home but I will no longer support Chipotle if they condone frequent mismanagement and open abuse of their staff. Looking through comments I’m not the only one who has had this experience with her while at Chipotle.

Every time I place a pick up order, there’s always one or more things wrong with it. It’s either missing stuff or just completely wrong. I’ve always waited up to 10 mins for my order when it was already suppose to be ready. They’re sparse with the protein portions. I can go on and on but it seems like everyone has the same issues with this location. If you’re going to purchase a meal, I suggest you order in person, not online AND triple check your meals!

I normally don't do reviews, but I'm pretty disappointed with my experience from this location. As soon as I walked into the restaurant I wanted to immediately walk right back out due to the manager on shift or the shift lead but I was in a hurry and hungry. Her behavior towards employees and customers is insanely rude and belittling. She talks crap to the employees as if customers aren't around and doesn't even acknowledge the customers are even there in the 1st place. She was cussing and laughing watching other employees struggle to put orders together, just rude.
The food, the rice in my bowl was like little plastic pebbles. I couldn't even eat it. This doesn't and shouldn't be Chipotle way.

I don't know where to start.. 8/12/25 around 5pm. I believe four employees looked to be on duty, only two working, one of was struggling to fill orders for waiting guests, this must be my third time at this restaurant again the manager on duty (heavy set Hispanic American female) is standing in the corning with personal phone in hand flirting with another male employee seeing who's taller (she is), wearing open toed pink fuzzy flip flops. Being on a complete power trip barking orders at other employees who are just trying to keep up. She didn't even offer to help but giggle stating you better hurry up. This is her normal constant behavior durning every visit I've had at this location when she's there. I'm discussed. People shouldn't act like this to others. I believe from now on I'll drive the extra 10 minutes for my Chipotle needs. Any and all employees who have dealt with her need to contact the owner or Corporate and speak with HR!

Walked in and most employees standing by the till talking bad about the low tips. I got two steak bowls and one steak taco with queso. Got home in less than 5 minutes and the meat and queso were very cold. Which means the items were not to correct temp. I pray we don’t get sick from the food we did eat. Made it taste nasty so we threw away the food. It is obvious there is zero supervision or care to details. I will never go back to this store again.

I've never been to Chipotle before. I ordered the vegetarian bowl with sofritos, I don't know what the spice was but it was ridiculously and disgustingly overbearing. I thought it would be a healthy alternative because I was having a food emergency
Never again! Though I only ate a half of the bowl I offered it to my dog and she wouldn't eat it either. Never ever again

Hard, plastic chairs. Hate that. Veg and condiments are marinated to death in sugar, oil, vinegar (?) and salt (corn salsa, tomato salsa, peppers and onions). I bet the veggies have been marinating for who knows how many days. Sad really because the plain veggies on their own are amazing. The brown rice is good and the lettuce is always crisp. Great pinto and black beans. Their burritos can be ‘grande’!
