Love chipotle always super yummy. Unfortunately I ordered a veggie burrito today and found a piece of chicken in my burrito if I was a strict vegetarian that would be devastating. Hoping the quality of service can improve ❤️

I eat here regularly, ie once a week. It is very consistent and I enjoy the food. It’s better than Taco Bell and doesn’t have the sodium content that Taco Bell has.Except on New Year Eve 2023. Did the crew accidentally dump an entire salt shaker in the food? After a performance like that I don’t see myself eating there again for awhile.The app is great though….

Went inside at 3:40 PM on a Sunday. Two employees doing work, both cleaning and wrapping food containers. Neither even acknowledged us. We stood there for at least 5 minutes. Still no acknowledgement. We were the only ones in the establishment. We waited another 5 minutes. They still continued their cleaning. So we walked out. We will never go back.

Tiny portion, burrito wrapped so it promptly unwrapped and spilled all over me. Food was lukewarm at best. I've been to this Chipotle several times and each time it is worse than the time before. Store is usually filthy and the staff are slow and not super helpful. I don't leave a ton of reviews but I'm over this Chipotle.

Tiny servings, food is cold, wrapped the burrito so it promptly fell apart all over me. Fun times. This restaurant is most often very unclean and the service is terrible. Last time for me.

Just paid $11 for 3 steak tacos. First taco was normal. Second taco had 1/2 as much steak. 3 taco had 2 1/2 pieces of steak. Who ever made my food should probably find a different job as they obviously don't give a shit about their product or customers. Chipotle needs to come and fix this location as it has gone way down hill.

Countless times, have this location forgotten an item(s) of my order. There's has been times when I would've driven to this Chipotle twice, once to pick up my order and again to pick up missing items for my order. It's gotten so bad that I can't go into the app to fill out missing items because I've done it so many times my only offer is a free drink when an entire entrée or side items missing. I've even talked to the manager when I placed an online order, and three things were missing. She admitted that at this location and the evening this is a huge problem. I've not order in some time due to this issue and about two nights ago when I ordered again missing item. I just gave up, I didn't bother going back to get it nor go through the app. Word of advice, if possible go inside and order and if you use the app check you bag before leaving the store/ drive through. I wouldn't recommend any third party app such as doordash, etc.
