This was the smallest burrito I have ever received from Chipotle. They did me dirty. Barely a full scoop of rice. This genuinely looks like a kids meal portion. (coke for scale) Service is always good though! However the layout of the store and parking lot is awful.

Chipotle is my favorite fast food. In general my experience was good, but something in my burrito bowl was way over salted. I hope they see this and check the salt levels of each dish.
I got brown rice, just a tad of pinto beans, chicken, fajita veggies, pico, corn salsa. I suspect it is the fajita veggies or brown rice.

Whenever last night to get food before work. I witnessed a young worker blow his nose and immediately put gloves on after no washing hands š¤®. Next the person who made my order and watched me pay but before he was done the cashier walked away, rather than hand me my food he slams it on the counter out of reach where it sat for a couple minuets till the cashier handed it to me. On top of all this the steak wasn't cooked all the way and the food was ice cold. This was my FIRST AND LAST time eating at this establishment

Came in got a chicken bowl. I was told I would be charged double meat if I added the carne asada to my bowl. I agreed and when I got to the register. The total went from $9.50 to $18.10. Only got 1 scoop of each. I hope corporate pays attention to all the bad reviews latelyā¦.word of mouth has gotten out that this is hands down the worst chipotle in Thurston County by a nice mile. The food was great, the service quick, and the place was packed. This was my first trip to a Chipotle restaurant and as I walked in I noticed it to be crowded with a line of people waiting to order. To the crew's credit. They handled the rush really well. Orderly and efficiently. However. This being my first time in and the fact that there was an overwhelmingly number of people in there, that was their customer service downfall. My initial employee was nice and polite, the part that I didn't find attractive was that she spoke very fast. So fast in fact, that I had to ask her to repeat things a few times. I felt kind of like I was in the middle of the infamous Soup Nazi episode of Seinfeld. I wasn't familiar with the menu or the ordering process so I felt rushed through without explanations of options or explanation of menu items. After I made it through and paid, I chose to take my haul and eat it back at the job sight since I wasn't going to find a spot to eat it there. All in all, i enjoyed the food and I will not only be back, but will recommend it to others. I would just slow down a tad. Kudos for trying to speed things up to accommodate everyone in a timely manner, however you never know who might not have been a guest before and may just need a little extra care and explanation.

Honestly this is my fav fast food spot lately but I actually cannot keep going to places that are cashing people out then walking over and expecting me to want to eat a burrito with dirty gloves. I understand if youāre short staffed but I promise you we donāt mind waiting an extra 2 seconds for you to get clean gloves because Iām not letting someone with register money gloves fold my burrito.
