Honestly this is my fav fast food spot lately but I actually cannot keep going to places that are cashing people out then walking over and expecting me to want to eat a burrito with dirty gloves. I understand if you’re short staffed but I promise you we don’t mind waiting an extra 2 seconds for you to get clean gloves because I’m not letting someone with register money gloves fold my burrito. got severe food poisoning after eating here on 7/15. 103 degree fever and at urgent care until 3am all for a mid chipotle bowl.

there was people eating outside but nobody inside and the workers talked really quiet and didn’t fill the bowls all the way. we got more cheese than we did rice and we did normal orders so no extra of anything but i think the bowls should be more full than this.

The white rice was just plain white rice. The woman making my burrito took a scoop of the protein and salsas and shook portions off the spoon in front of me but packed it with rice and beans. Worst Chipotle establishment in the area.

I walked into The Lacey Chipolte (first time guest) and was the only one in restaurant. I was reviewing menu options and a young red headed gal walked up to counter and stood silent and looked at me. No greeting or May I help you. I didn't say anything and either did she. Finally I said this is my first time in and tell me how it works. She explained the menu abruptly and with no emotion. I then ordered my meal as she slopped it into the tray. When I got home I removed the foil cover and scrapped off the guacamole that stuck to the underside only to find a hair in the food. I will not return because the service was so so offending.
