This was the most chaotic lunch I've ever experienced. They were out of cooked chicken, out of pico salsa, out of the vinegarette dressing for the salad. But the hardest thing to understand was that at 1:00 pm, they were completely out of forks. How does that happen? And no one thought of going across the street to a large grocery store to buy more.It's a mess there.

I've been a fan for years, the Al Pastor is a real treat, but I branched away from chicken recently and fell in love with their carnitas! Well worth a stop. They have weirdly been out of cheese several times recently, and their add ones are a bit over priced in my opinion. Though the queso is worth it I suppose.

I went to get me a burrito and ordered some rice black beans and chicken the rice was good and the beans were thrown over the rice with the juice which made everything soggy and the chicken was dry the service was not good the lady with the glasses on looked like she did not want to be there all in all never again.

Have been here before and it was fine but on 4/4/24 around 6pm there was a big line for carry out and ordering there and one poor girl handling the whole line from the door. All this while a guy stood there by the register doing nothing but waiting to hand things to the customer. Watching the one girl make the orders, refill the items on the line, going back and forth. Just watching. Dude, were you not trained on how to make a burrito? Can you at least refill the sour cream? Or are you only trained to fold a bag closed and talk to the cashier? The line was out the door, and not the awareness to try and help that girl out.

The online ordering is something to be desired. We got there in line and noticed they offer ordering online. That is not going to help you get your food before all the people trying to make up their minds. We had like 8 in front of us, 2 behind when we decided to try the online ordering. They went through the entire line of people, most of which ate their full meal and left before they even started on ours. It was seriously started after they had zero in line.

I only rate this location a 3 because while it's a chipotlelane location, they always mess up the orders so you have to go inside to make sure it is done right. I am allergic to avocado and note that on my orders but still find it on my food somehow. ? most of the time the staff is really friendly, but lately the staff is super unprofessional and sloppy with their service. I only use this location if necessary otherwise I drive to the Hawks Prairie location.

I've really liked Chipotle in the past, but legit 50 percent of the time I order (and I order extra because they give such small portions to online orders) it's just the smallest portions for an increased price.I ordered a chicken bowl with extra rice, no beans, extra fajita veggies, sour cream, green salsa, extra corn slaw, and cheese and this is what I got.Mind you I paid 28 dollars for this to be delivered.Then when I go to submit a complaint to pepper, it tells me they're having "technical issues" and can't submit my request. Probably because I've had to submit quite a few. So now I'm just out that money with this tiny portion of food.It's not people trying to get free food from you Chipotle, it's that were paying increased prices and convenience fees for delivery, and this is what you're training your employees to give customers, let alone ones who are paying for extra portions.Id suggest going somewhere else.

The worst Chipotle in this area. I would avoid if you could. Ordered a salad bowl, with greens, etc, and they didn't bother to include the salad. Also, they have some sort of obsession with corn -- I didn't ask for it, stop giving me corn! Seriously.. I have wondered whether they have a deal with the "Big corn" industry or not, the way that they keep adding this corn into meals where I have never specified that I want corn. Also, the workers are slow and I've gone there a few times where nobody was there to take my order.If you love surprise corn and a lack of lettuce, this Chipotle is for you.
