came in tonight and one of the girls working had the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced in my entire life. i asked for a flavor and she said “you can have it but i don’t think you’d want it…” and proceeded to mix around the melted ice cream in the case. she then walked up to her coworker and whispered in her ear, made my ice cream, and went to cash me out. keep in mind she never told me my total, the only words she said were “military?” and “receipt?” as i left i said “have a good night” and she didn’t say a word just made a rude face. don’t go here. the ice cream sucks and the employees are even worse! :)

Little one wanted ice cream, so I ordered a gotta have it to share through door dash because I had surgery and can’t drive. They ripped me off tonight. Made a smaller size and just put the cup inside the right size cup.

I have never seen anyone move so slow, much less 3 people move that slow. I felt like I was at the DMV in Zootopia. We ordered 4 like it ice creams, 2 of them were the same thing. But the time the 4th was handed to us the other 3 were melted. Probably didn't help that the ice cream in the case was already melting. Anyway whatever they are smoking must be good.

Love Coldsone! When my dad was alive we’d go there for ice cream to celebrate our birthdays which were a day apart. I haven’t been since he passed 10 years ago but am grateful for DoorDash to bring memories back! ❤️❤️❤️
