I was distracted going back in for the cone that wasnt with my order I didn't realize that none of the sizes were right. It wasn't busy and I tipped $5 on a pickup. Disappointed.

Ordered 4 love it sizes came up to $40 the portions were not love it sizes out barely filled the cups up….We don’t have this too often but definitely things have changed. Prices are higher then at least keep the portions correct

came in tonight and one of the girls working had the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced in my entire life. i asked for a flavor and she said “you can have it but i don’t think you’d want it…” and proceeded to mix around the melted ice cream in the case. she then walked up to her coworker and whispered in her ear, made my ice cream, and went to cash me out. keep in mind she never told me my total, the only words she said were “military?” and “receipt?” as i left i said “have a good night” and she didn’t say a word just made a rude face. don’t go here. the ice cream sucks and the employees are even worse! :)

Little one wanted ice cream, so I ordered a gotta have it to share through door dash because I had surgery and can’t drive. They ripped me off tonight. Made a smaller size and just put the cup inside the right size cup.
