Not very welcoming to customers, young workers too busy chatting and laughing loudly amongst themselves to even give you an opportunity to complete your order. 5-6 workers but no personability with myself or the couple other customers waiting, and waiting. Cups were hella sticky from melting ice cream when handed off too. ?

Extremely disappointed in their cake ordering online. I ordered a cake 2 days ago and today was the pick up day. I get there and one of the workers looks in the freezer, talks to a coworker and they don’t have the cake. They said “they were waiting for me to come in and so they could tell me that they were out.” I said it would have been nice to have received a call because this was for a birthday party tomorrow. I did give them my contact info on the online order obviously, so they could have called... So I asked to be refunded, and they could not do this because the manager wasn’t there. I then had to frantically call around to find a replacement.TLDR: Beware if the manager isn’t there they cannot refund anything apparently. And they don’t have the common courtesy of calling someone if they are out of a cake. Would not recommend this place for cake ordering. Almost ruined a birthday party.

Dirty, poor service, no spoons or napkins, also the ice cream was soft serve consistency and so by the time they mixed it up, it was nearly like soup in the serving cup, very frustrating for what you pay, I wonder if they deliberately turn up the temperature on the display case freezer so the ice cream is easier for the workers to scoop?, the last few times we have gone, there was only one person working with a long line, so took forever, really not worth the money

A remarkable waste of investment capital. Icecream sells itself. Having a clean store (especially when dealing with dairy), reasonable service times and a positive environment are fundamental management enforced skills. I can only imagine how disgusting their walkin's must be if customer side is consistently sticky and dusty.Between my experience and reading through the *real* reviews, it's clear that management here is nonexistent and the owners incapable of holding managers accountable or finding proper management to run their investment.

I worked for cold stone many many years ago when I was in my teens, my wrists would be sore after a shift because the ice cream was actually solid and you really had to work to get the toppings mixed in. Seemed Like they had the temperature turned way up on the ice cream case all the ice cream was super soft and melted, it was actually dripping. They didn’t even wipe down our cups they were literally dripping from the lids and just really gross. By the time we got home (7 minute drive) we had 3 cups of practically cold soup and for $26! Super turned off by the whole experience and definitely won’t be back. We will stick to Dairy Queen.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Trinity, I called after a very very frustrating ordeal with Uber eats, and when I did get my order to my dismay it wasn’t perfect. I’m not normally a Karen and would just let it go but I hadn’t eaten all day after working overtime and my main order was cancelled and the whole thing got to me more than it should so I called the store to ask them about what went wrong. Anyways, long story short I spoke to Trinity and she listened to me, was polite, and honestly that’s all I was looking for after 30 minutes on the phone with Uber eats telling me it’s not their problem and being incredibly rude to me. So thank you Trinity for your kindness when it was probably right at the end of your work day and listening to a disgruntled person complain about icecream, of all things in the world, probably wasn’t something you cared to do when you’re just looking forward to going home on a Friday night. Just a good reminder to us all that good customer service and doing little things to make things right can go so far! She turned what easily could have been a zero star review into a 5 star and she deserves credit for that.

A group of friends and I went to this location at 9:15. They closed at 9:30. We know it wasn’t ideal but normally we tip good and they’re really friendly but our experience tonight was not that at all. The two girls immediately caught an attitude taking our orders. They told me they were out of coconut but had two jars where we could see. We were waiting to pay and the girl behind the counter asked us if we could do her a favor and turn the open sign off for her. We were pretty caught off guard by the request but my friend did it for her anyway. She followed it with “I think you have to pull it 2 or 3 times to get it to shut off”. We asked for lids and she tossed them at us. We checked the time when she asked us and it was 9:21. Normally this location has super friendly employees but after tonight we will not be returning.
