I went in just to try it. The employees don't even acknowledge you when you come in and you have to order on an electronic kiosk. The cookie was fine, but not worth what they charged for it.

Very underwhelmed with this location. The kid that served us was on his phone the whole time and it didn't sound like it was a business call. The oreo tres leche was okay. Swimming in the sauce but over all something I might get again.

Manager was rude at 7:14 pm on January 10th. Waited 20 minutes for the manager to even look up from cleaning had a question about the app and said we needed to have the app for 2 months . We were trying to figure out our birthday rewards because today was our birthday definitely not coming back she was horrible.
Weird experience. Went for after dinner treat. No other customers in the store, we were not greeted at all. We were not asked if we needed help or anything. Luckily we knew how to use the iPad to order, but some people might not. Cookies were ok, a little undercooked for my liking. Probably won't go back, at least not to this location.

Don't see much in atmosphere as it's an open kitchen..but I'm sending this because the two cookies I bought weren't cooked through. They were gummy. Tummies are unsettled because of uncooked dough.
