Me and my friend came in because our cookies didn't look as they were advertised & mind you, they have a motto in there saying something along the lines of “if it doesn't look as advertised let us know & we’ll remake it” And all they did was move some stuff around & hand it back to us. We literally watched you guys y'all aren't slick, they then laughed at us and told us no refunds because they've been getting too many refunds..like yeah we can tell. Not only that, it was a MESS in there, Frosting spill on the floors & the whole inside is just so disgusting to look at… My first time at cookie crumble & this is the customer service we get?? My friend said olympia cookie crumble has great customer service!! so ill be taking my money elsewhere for the time being, hope this helped others save money!!🫶

Did curbside and the guy came out and brought them to me.. he was so grumpy and not nice. I was like hi! (All excited for my cookies) he doesn’t even speak.. like what? And thennnnn my mini cookies looked not good and the pumpkin didn’t even looked baked

Extremely dirty inside this store. Staff was so loud and unprofessional. I’m all about having a good work environment, but I was ignored and treated like a bother.
Haven't tried before but heard all the hype. Not my favorite though - tried cookies and a cake. All of it too dense and overwhelmingly sweet. None of us ate all of what we bought...too expensive for what we got out of it.

Worst Crumbl cookie I’ve ever been to cookies were hard. I even broke a bracket. Customer service is also horrible. No one said hi when I walked in and threw my cookies at me after I got done ordering he did not change his gloves after he went to go take a box outside. The store looked very dirty and the kiosk were not working we had to wait 10 minutes very, very dirty. I may sound overdramatic that’s exactly how it was dirt everywhere and on the kiosk dirty plates behind the counter fingerprints of the batter oh and don’t let me forget they ruined my cookies I just threw them away worst Crumbl cookie ever. And took me like 15 minutes to get my cookies I only got three mini cookies. Worst crumble cookie ever

This Crumbl location is always a favorite! The cookies are consistently great, and my daughter and I love checking out the rotating menu each week to try the fun new flavors. We’re also big fans of the new mini versions—they’re the perfect size for sampling without overdoing it. Always a treat!
