Very underwhelmed with this location. The kid that served us was on his phone the whole time and it didn't sound like it was a business call. The oreo tres leche was okay. Swimming in the sauce but over all something I might get again.
Weird experience. Went for after dinner treat. No other customers in the store, we were not greeted at all. We were not asked if we needed help or anything. Luckily we knew how to use the iPad to order, but some people might not. Cookies were ok, a little undercooked for my liking. Probably won't go back, at least not to this location.
Store was messy, gloves at the floor, not a friendly environment or interaction with the customers or even between the team, no organization to follow a line or where the line start.
