The vibe inside is cozy, but the service is very transactional. Each time I've been here, the baristas don't care to connect with the customer- just take an order and move on. If that isn't disappointing enough, don't worry, the coffee is much worse. I've ordered a variety of different coffees from Cutters Point and it is disgusting every time. Save your money and go to a coffee shop where the baristas at least act like they care about you and the coffee tastes better. And let me just say, anywhere else will serve better coffee.

I never leave reviews on coffee places but this place was AMAZING. I just went to get an iced white chocolate mocha and I don’t think i’ve ever had such a great coffee until now. Will definitely be my go to spot now

They are slow, will make 5 drinks ordered after you first, then not communicate, explain, or handle a question well. I don't recommend them at all given rudeness. Would have been okay if they had explained why I needed to wait on all customers after me.

Was just looking for a quick snack, and a hot chocolate and decided to stop by Cutter’s. Their coffee is very delicious 😋 beans are fresh and the doughnut and hot chocolate are delicious and sweet. Overall a great place to chill and study

I guess I’m getting poor. I ordered their smallest soy mocha and it came to $7.30 after my standard 50 cent tip. They don’t display prices, for good reason. I guess I’ll just stick to making my own coffee from now on.
