Good food, but they consistently have parts of orders wrong or missing entirely. Also, they've started asking whether I want a large upgrade/extra toppings for absolutely everything which makes it harder to order.

I paid $7 for a large cone. It was the size of my towns cones that they sell for one buck. Tenino eagans has just as good of core cream and shakes. $1 cones and bigger.

Absolutely the worst fish sandwich we have ever had. The meat was not warm. Thankfully he didn't get sick. Won't ever order that again. 1 bite threw the rest away. We hate throwing food away!

DQ is my favorite fast food and I don't eat there a lot cause I'm busy, Im also allergic to tomatoes and let them know every time. This is the 6th or 7th time that they have made my burger with tomatoes forcing me to go back.

The food and desserts are delicious and the customer service is usually very good the people working the counter were rude didn't know the difference in their different sauce, how to run the register what lids go on the blizzards, when we were brought the the food she proceeded to take everything of the tray with no gloves on after handling money didn't leave us the tray for our food for easy clean up, idk what happened this was the best fast food around after today I have to rethink that.
Shout out to Mason tonight!! The place was overly packed and many orders were flying out so our order got over looked and Mason was the only employee to ask us if our order has gotten to us yet and said you guys have been here for awhile and he even took our receipt and had our order made right away. Thank you Mason for getting us our order and being a great employee Sincerely Lauren

So I went through the drive thru tonight, and I was psyched to try the bacon ranch burger and also flame thrower burger. Ali at the window was super cool, he scanned my card, asked if I wanted a receipt, I said no, then asked me to park out front due to the volume of food I ordered. No problemo! So I parked out front. 5-10 mins later a young guy named brian, who also seemed super chill, came out and explained to me he was confused about my order. He had a copy of my receipt, and said that even though I had paid, there might have been a glitch, so he wasn't sure if I had paid or not. He also noted that my food was ready to go in the back. Then he laid out two choices I had, I could let them run my card again, potentially doubling the price of my order, because again they weren't sure if my card had gone through or not despite having a receipt which he said was proof that I had paid, or in so many words that I could take my chances to try to get a refund online, once again assuming my card had been charged, which he wasnt sure of. Guy was really confused and was asking me permission to not give me my food. Either way, though it seems that I would have to go online sort it out because he was confused as he stated himself. I would rate the food in this review, but i never received it as I decided to go to wendys. Same order was half the price over there and I did not have to park out front and chat with brian the manager for 15 mins.
