So I went through the drive thru tonight, and I was psyched to try the bacon ranch burger and also flame thrower burger. Ali at the window was super cool, he scanned my card, asked if I wanted a receipt, I said no, then asked me to park out front due to the volume of food I ordered. No problemo! So I parked out front. 5-10 mins later a young guy named brian, who also seemed super chill, came out and explained to me he was confused about my order. He had a copy of my receipt, and said that even though I had paid, there might have been a glitch, so he wasn't sure if I had paid or not. He also noted that my food was ready to go in the back. Then he laid out two choices I had, I could let them run my card again, potentially doubling the price of my order, because again they weren't sure if my card had gone through or not despite having a receipt which he said was proof that I had paid, or in so many words that I could take my chances to try to get a refund online, once again assuming my card had been charged, which he wasnt sure of. Guy was really confused and was asking me permission to not give me my food. Either way, though it seems that I would have to go online sort it out because he was confused as he stated himself. I would rate the food in this review, but i never received it as I decided to go to wendys. Same order was half the price over there and I did not have to park out front and chat with brian the manager for 15 mins.

So I made a call and order to dairy Queen which I don't necessarily always do. I mostly just go through drive-thru but this time I went inside to pick up my order and there was another customer in front of me and she had a calling order also. So the guy that that served k order asked her her name and went and got her order and he gently handed to her and told her to have a good day. Then he asked me if I had an order. I said yes. I gave him my name and he went and grabbed my order and he just said it on the counter and said there you go. No thank you. No. Have a good day or anything. I don't necessarily want to make it a race thing but......
Food is super fast and hot. The employees are always friendly!

This place is so unorganized, whoever does the hiring here should be fired. They are always slow, angry or just rude to customers, also the quality of food is less than sub par. Whatever they mop the floor with is super slippery and gross, you'll need ice skates to make it to the counter.

In search of a fish sandwich and found it at this DQ location. Must have visited at an ideal time, as there were no other customers in the drive through. The sandwich was freshly made to order with tomato added and tasted fine. I was helped by three different staffers, the third of whom was a bit distressed when I requested a couple additional napkins. Not sure if this was indicative of a thin profit margin or a thin skin? Glad to have enjoyed the fish sandwich nonetheless
