A true 4 star experience, this place is decent you just have to know what to order. The chicken strips were laughable and sad. But the chipotle chicken burrito and the epic burritos are fantastic. My advice just get the Mexican food items. The burgers and chicken are more of a gimmick

Went through the drive-thru at 8:36 p.m. I ordered El Big amerimex and three chicken tacos. Everything is ice cold My french fries were frozen still. The beef taco has raw hamburger meat in it. The three chicken tacos are ice cold the double cheeseburger is ice cold The only thing edible was the bean and cheese burrito. I have been calling for the last 30 minutes and nobody is answering the phone. I will be up there tomorrow to get a full refund.

Very unhappy staff, most don't make the orders at least normal. Just go there you'll see. Hopefully they're better towards you. IM ABSOLUTELY DONE WITH THIS PLACE, FOREVER. DO BETTER 👍

I say in lobby for 10 minutes the employees even looked at me several times... yet I was ignored no greeting no nothing where is the customer service!!!!!

Raphael does a very professional and friendly job of customer service he makes sure that you get the freshest food
Rafael who i am guessing is the manager was attentive, kind and communitive. What really made me give this a 5 stat is i watched as an elderly couple came in and he stopped what he was doing to greet them and assist them getting tonthe table

I had there limited edition orange shake. Omg, it was nummy. I felt like my childhood came back. It taste exactly like the orange Hi-C Mcflurry from McDonalds. I love it!
