I am a fan of the rebel blended drinks. I also enjoy their coffee freezes. Recently, I put in a mobile order to have my stuff ready ahead of time, but to my surprise, I was not delivered my drinks in the parking lot and still had to go in the drive-thru. Despite mobile ordering, it took over 30 minutes. Maybe next time, I'll try going in the store if I order ahead. I enjoy getting energy/coffee drinks from here. I'd suggest improving their mobile orders. Why give my car information if they don't bring it to me.

Most of the time have a good experience but today's service was horrible. The line was long on both sides but the other side went much faster. Four or five cars went on the other side before even one car moved on my side. No one apologized for the delays. Even after all the waiting, my drink wasn't even ready by the time I got to the window.

I LOVE DUTCH BROS! The coffee is so rich and creamy with no burnt after taste like their competitors. It doesn't matter which one you visit, the outcome is always the same FANTASTIC! I always use the app to pay. In return, I gain points for free coffee in the future. The employees are always so nice and friendly. The line may be long, and there's a reason for that. It goes quickly, though.
