El Itacate Mexican Restaurant

This restaurant exceed our expectations when it comes to mexican authentic foods as well as the festive atmosphere. We love what we got, the 3 cheese birria tacos, 3cochinita, carnitas burritos and flan for dessert. It is all superb! For sure, we will take our visitors here to get an authentic Mexican experience. Shout out to Marcus, man.. you give an excellent customer service. Thank you for educating us more of mexican delicacies. This is now our top of the list to-go-to🥰

Me& wife came to grab a quick bite before running errands. fast friendly service food was a chicken quesedilla which was juicy but not soggy the delicious chips & salsa also on point idk who said watery or slow everything was fast &hot the horchata was 😋 if you haven't tried the food here your missing out

Absolutely phenomenal! We had the birria quesadillas and the birria burrito—both were out-of-this-world delicious. The meat was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, and the quesadillas were crispy, cheesy, and made even better with that rich, savory consommé. The burrito was packed full of flavor in every single bite.

Normally I mix my rice and beans, but they were so good I had to enjoy them on their own! The rice was perfectly seasoned and fluffy, and the beans were rich and hearty. Everything on the plate was amazing. 10/10—can’t wait to come back! 🌮🌯🔥

I don't even know where to start, everything was a disaster, but let's start, they brought the classic chips and salsa and the salsa was the most watery thing I've ever seen in my life, but it didn't taste that bad, I ordered some deep fried beans, they had never charged me for them anywhere else, but here they do, I have no problem paying if it's a good amount or they are good but neither one nor the other, think twice before ordering beans, I was in a little hurry because my order took almost 40 minutes to arrive at my table, I ordered a menudo and my daughter paid for a qursadilla, damn it how long can it take to heat up a menudo that it's illogical that you do that at the moment and a quesadilla with only cheese they told me that it can only be cheese, you can't add meat hahaha because I don't know? and since the food arrived, what do you think! They made a mistake with the order, it arrived with a leg, and it was terribly salty, and that was the beginning. When I asked for the bill immediately because I was in a hurry from the beginning, I realized that they were overcharging me, the price on the menu and the price on the check is not the same, and they did not respect it, they told me that they are working on changing their menus but that their prices had already changed. Oh my God. You can't do this if you don't want to get away from having problems for deceiving people, I was very upset by the way they explained it to me without respecting the prices on their menus, the service was terrible, the food was salty and wrong and I left very upset when I only wanted to eat some broth

Order fajitas for 2 if you want tons of onion and pepper with a tiny meager amount of meat. Expensive for the qualuty of the food.

The food here is anmazing Janeth and our male waiter were so welcoming and got all of our orders correct. They even checked up on us more than other places. They definitely look after their customers.Will definitely be coming back.

I've went here about 20 times now and the place is awesome. The food and staff are great. Marcos is my server most of the time and he does a wonderful job. 10/10 would recommend.

Blandest mexican food I’ve ever had. Our beverage orders kept getting forgotten. Server asked if we wanted corn or flour tortilla with our food. Thinking it was complimentary, we said our preferred tortilla then we saw the bill it was charged separately without the server asking if we wanted to order extra tortillas which what it turned out to be. Overpriced and unseasoned food :-(
