We go to this Emerald City 3-5 times a week and the night shift girls (red hair and short blonde hair) are so incredibly rude. When someone else walks in they jump to help them but at soon as my sister and I go up to the counter they’re busy doing something else and don’t acknowledge us or say they will be right there. It’s not like they’re both making smoothies, one will be helping multiple people then we walk up to the counter and she walks away and starts putting blenders away?? And then help everyone else before making our smoothies. We don’t might waiting, we’re not those type of people but when it’s intentional it’s really irritating. There was one incident where there was 1 customer and then us, in the whole store and they both followed him around the counter talking to him and ignored us for a good 10-15 minutes.
