Sooooo this is the only place around the Lacey area that I can get semi healthy smoothie from and everyone here is so nice! But can you guys please schedule two people in the mornings before 9am! It’s one of the busiest times for you guys and it’s honestly a safety concern in my opinion to only have one employee in the building! Got the poor girls working double time to get a line of 10 people down by themselves!

I live in Tacoma and work down here, this is by far my favorite Emerald City Smoothie. Customer service is always great friendly and fast. I always know my order is going to taste great and the same as I always order it!

Great experience love the atmosphere. The two girls Jovi and Hannah are the best. Definitely going there again.
I just went in for two cups of ice that I was willing to pay for. And the two girls were being rude and to me not being professional. As soon as I came in the blonde head girl was whispering to the dark brown hair girl that was at the Cash register about me getting ice. The girl at the cash register kept asking was I going to buy something else. I told her no just ice. The other girl got my ice and came to the cash register and said are you getting anything else. I said no just ice. I waited at the cash register just to pay but she said I didn’t have to. As soon as I started to leave, the blonde head girl shouted out that the cups of ice is 25 cent each. Again I was willing to pay when I was at the cash register waiting after I grab my two cups of ice. I don’t go there often for cups of ice so I didn’t understand the issue. They both need to work on customer service skills. This kind of thing is bad for business. It is just two cups of ice.

I stopped in and had the PB&J smoothie and I will say - it was pretty damn good. Not sure if has as much protein as advertised (hopefully it does) but it certainly tasted great. Service is decent. The smoothie shop also is pretty clean and also offers a variety of supplements, snacks, and energy drinks for purchase as well. Overall, not bad.

Terrible service, came in ordered, paid. Our smoothie was made and sat in the blender. 4 orders were taken, dishes were washed, line was stocked, had a few side conversations and then the young blonde with stickers on her face asked the other girl who made the drink (ours) in the blender. They argued/ questioned each other.weird experience

Love their smoothie combinations and options (my favorite is the Sambazon) and they have a really great selection of sports nutrition- EAA, pre-workout, protein and ready to eat protein snacks etc. I drive 15 minutes out of my way to come here.
