I used to love this place, always on point with no issues. Today, the neon green hair team failed me. My burger was covered in grease and soggy, my fries were overcooked and dried out, like they cooked them already and recooked them to heat them up when I came in. There was one guest there when I picked up so it wasn’t busy at all.

Be careful when you eat here ! Me and my fiancé ate here and RIGHT after our stomachs hurt and he ended up puking and we both feel sick to our stomach. My burger tasted fishy as well. I normally don’t write reviews but I just wanted to warn people just in case. Normally five guys is really good but this one here was NOT it.

I ordered two double bacon cheeseburgers with everything on it except pickles. When I got it, it had pickles and no tomatoes on both. I love tomatoes on my burgers and hate pickles. They wouldn't even make it right. This is the 3rd time this happened, the workers are just straight incompetent if they can't read off the order menu, expect your orders to always be wrong here.
