openly admitted to the cashier whom is the manager, UP charging when we picked up our order, was told a set price upon ordering over the phone, when we picked up our order they upped the price trying to say they didn't charge for an item.. which said item was not in the bag.
WATCH YOUR MONEY IF YOU ORDER FROM THEM...
the lady who answered the phone was very rude and kept talking over me, not allowing me to speak.

Very rude owner!! I called to complain that they don’t allow DoorDash drivers, who do a service for them, to use the bathroom and yet we have to sit there forever waiting sometimes. She was all offended and cut me off every time I started to speak. Take your service to places more deserving!
From mine n my roommates regular HT#3. Roommate likes the bigger menu and food but #3 is alot more relaxing. the remodel is nice but it seems to have cut least a 1/3 of seating guess you needed the added kitchen space 👍. I've been coming to this location since atleast 2013. when my family would come and get unlimited sushi for birthdays had a sake bomb aswell. today (04/25/21) I had the "Bad Girl" roll extremely yummy. also had the crab rangoons which were good aswell.

Happy Teriyaki #4 Lacey is a welcoming and delightful restaurant. The staff is polite and friendly, and the sushi deal is worth it. The rolls are bigger than expected, and the garlic chicken comes highly recommended. The Happy Combination #2 with honey garlic chicken is amazing, hot, and delicious. The food is very reasonably priced, with larger portions that leave customers satisfied with leftovers. The chicken Yakisoba is flavorful with a good ratio of veggies and chicken, and the teriyaki sauce on the chicken teriyaki is excellent. The Ichiro roll is fresh and delicious, and the crab-filled rangoon are tasty. Service is great, and staff is friendly both over the phone and at pickup. Although the place is small and a bit outdated, it feels clean and cozy. Many customers find the food to be very good, especially the sushi, with favorites like the spider roll and yummy yummy roll. The teriyaki and yakisoba were especially delicious. Their prices went up and their quality went down. This time everything tasted freezer burnt and looked sub par. They're always friendly & food pretty delicious every time. The amount of time waiting for our order is fair. The cleanliness of their kitchen is little concerning.
