Happy Teriyaki #4 Lacey

This cannot be the same Happy Teriyaki that it once was. The food was absolutely horrible and is comparable to Safeway's Deli/Chinese food, but at a much higher cost..We spent almost $100 for a big , sloppy disposable foil pan mostly filled with chow mein, chicken Katsu that was so dry it was inedible, and appetizers that were over cooked (especially the deep fried prawns) that must have been sitting out for quite some time. The house fried rice was even worse with dried out pork pieces and shrimp that were way over cooked. So disappointed and we won't be coming back.

I order off Uber eats and I knew it couldn’t be Lakewood. Happy Teriyaki is one of my favorite place to eat, but Uber Eats offered my order from #4. Looks like they through it in the box with no care it was no sauce and very skimpy. Don’t offer a 2 for 1 if you won’t deliver. Never will I order from them again

I haven't tried much of the menu because I can't get past the sushi. It's soooo good!!! Especially love the spider roll and yummy yummy roll. Rangoon are good too. Lots of crab meat in them. Service is great and staff is friendly. I prefer take out but dining in has its perks. The place is small and a bit outdated but seems clean and cozy.

Gave me the wrong order now I'm gonna complain to customer service and get my Dasher a contract violation. I feel really proud of myself

Happy I found Happy Teriyaki #4, their food is good, very reasonably priced and larger portions. I've tried a few meals over a period of time, I haven't dined in yet. My first go to is their chicken Yakisoba which was delicious, great ratio of veggies & chicken, and very flavorful! Their Mongolian beef was decent as well I didn't personally care for the sauce but it was also my first time trying something like this, my friend loved it. The chicken teriyaki is very good also, I love their teriyaki sauce, the bowl on lunch special is $10 which you cannot beat and is a perfect portion. I just tried their Ichiro roll which was also fresh & delicious, I'm excited to try more of their sushi. Every interaction on the phone and at pick up with the staff has been great, they're very kind! I need to make it a point to dine in soon. This has easily become my new go to spot, I highly recommend you try it you won't be disappointed

I Paid 56$ for two meals. They charged for every single sauce which came to $6.60 ($1 each sauce)
I ordered fried rice for my meal and they were busy at the time that I ordered so when I got my food the fried rice had barely been fried at all. It tastes like plain white rice with a few pieces of chicken and vegetables. I had to go back in 3 times first because despite asking if they had included silverware and being assured they had, there was none when I went to eat my food. Again because they forgot the sauces I just paid extra for. And then again to have them put my rice back in to actually fry it like it was supposed to have been in the first place. My sauces were so watered down they didn't taste good and spilled all over me when I opened up the sauce cups. They clearly are doing any little trick they can to save money but it's only making their food quality poor and making sure that any person paying the prices they charge, won't ever return for another purchase. I felt like I was ripped off and it feels like they don't value their customers.

Horrible service you mixed my meat with white meat and dark meat and it taste gross didn’t refund of even remake the food. I will be talking with my lawyer. If you have white meat and dark meat you are suppose to clarify that. And not mix them. You will be hearing from me. Happy terribly not teriyaki.
