Went to this location ordered food and sat down and looked back then employee started to yell and threaten me and my dad. Then proceeded to come around the counter and yell some more. Almost had to call the cops and reach for my weapon.

Unfortunately, dinner in for lunch and they had erased our $35 follar order. I had to go and asked where is our food? Told them about water on the floor by the pop dispenser and someone would slip on it, but they didn't do anything about it. A huge risk for the owner if someone gets hurt. They were short on help so basically just trying their best with what they got. Sad but we will make other choices in the future. I really like the food but this has happened in the past too many times. Sorry!

I wanted a chocolate O'Reo milkshake but app won't do it so I tell him at the windows and got attitude and remade it but with no chocolate.....

I'm not sure where all of the bad reviews are coming from. I moved to the area 4 months ago and visit this location at least once per month. I have NEVER had a bad experience. The staff are always friendly and helpful and my food is excellent! I always go inside and order since the drive-through looks a bit tight for my truck. Though it isn't the *nicest* interior, it seems clean to me and stuff is always stocked (straws, lids, etc). As someone from the east coast, this location is what turned me on to the company, and Jack-in-the-Box is now one of my favorite fast food joints!

Every time my daughter and I come through this drive through, we are greeted with the lovely, Magel! She always has a smile on her face. She’s kind and professional each time, and takes a minute to make sure your food goes out to you with the best quality, with all the utensils and sauces you ask for. We’ve been to many Jack in the Box’s around the area- including ones up to an 2 hours away from this one, and this location specifically is great 100% of the time. They have a great team there and thought they deserved some recognition and positive feedback. :)
