This jack n the box is always my favorite late night stops. The staff here is amazing they are friendly and quick get you order. They also are good at taking care of issue that might come up.

Went to this location ordered food and sat down and looked back then employee started to yell and threaten me and my dad. Then proceeded to come around the counter and yell some more. Almost had to call the cops and reach for my weapon.

Unfortunately, dinner in for lunch and they had erased our $35 follar order. I had to go and asked where is our food? Told them about water on the floor by the pop dispenser and someone would slip on it, but they didn't do anything about it. A huge risk for the owner if someone gets hurt. They were short on help so basically just trying their best with what they got. Sad but we will make other choices in the future. I really like the food but this has happened in the past too many times. Sorry!
