Staff here could be better. I like to order a blue gummy, which is a secret menu item. Every time I order it I get some sort of pushback from the staff. Saying that it’s not a real drink. I even had one staff member say “I’ve worked here 2 years, that’s a fake drink”, only for her to open the drink folder and find it the recipe. I’m also positive that I’ve been surcharged for ordering this drink. A large drink is around $9, I was charged $12.

There was a lady working up front this last weekend and two guys were super rude to her, she carried on as if nothing happened. Gained respect. Great job guys, teaching me resiliency over here lol.

Shout out to Mitchell and his team today, I ordered a juice at the self serve kiosk not knowing it was an item they no longer served but couldn’t take off the menu. They told me right away and accommodated me as best they could and even offered a bakery item for the trouble. Very good service and walked away with a very good drink too :)

I have been using this Jamba location for a few years but came in this morning and was taken aback at the environment. First, the music was so loud that I couldn't hear my husband standing next to me. I tried to talk with the girl behind the counter and she couldn't hear me. To be heard people were yelling.Second, the automated order system, which is new, isn't user friendly and trying to get a human to help was next to impossible. It doesn't allow add ons such as extra spinach and ginger.Third, the price of juice shots has increased significantly just in the last month or so.Automation isn't the key to good business.I was a loyal customer of this location but don't think I'll be coming back. I had to leave to store so I could hear myself think.

I love love the juice so much! I am putting one star because I have tried several times to update the hours to the correct opening and closing time. I pulled up at 730pm to get a juice after work and they were CLOSED when the hours they posted on google says 8pm. No biggie I took a picture to correct the hours and the owners keep changing it. The reason I suggested the edit is so no one else is inconvenienced and the proper store hours should be posted. Fix this

I used to love Jamba juice! But I couldn't believe how expensive they've gotten!!! OMG for my daughter, my husband and myself to all get a small smoothie and pretzel each cost $41!! We could have gone to a nice sit down restaurant for that price. I understand getting fresh fruit and smoothie ingredients is expensive but that was crazy! The guy behind the counter was very friendly and the store was very clean. They no longer have tables and it's hard for kids to stand and eat.

The handwhich was ? visited 4:25pm on 2/26/2024 the employee did not heat that sandwhich properly. Idk if they certified them for the food handlers but thats how you get food borne illness. Shouldve asked for a refund.

We just waited like 20 minutes for our smoothies, there was us and another couple that's it. The girls working there talked to the couple the entire time, as other customers started file in we noticed every single customer was served before we were. 5-6 in total. Then the blonde said "I have no idea where I'm at" multiple times, none of them did.We had the mega mango and pomegranate paradise. At one point they asked amongst themselves "who had the pomegranate paradise" and another one said "i have no idea". I said "I'm still waiting on both smoothies" and they totally ignored me and went back to talking and we waited longer.Maybe if they spent less time talking it wouldn't have been so packed and they'd know what their orders are. It wasn't just ours they were confused on. I totally get being human but we were treated really poorly and the manager disappeared in the back and never once came out to help ease the chaos. They got our name wrong, we waited forever, and were truly ignored. Just honestly ridiculous, we will never come back to this location. We could drive further to a different one and still save time compared to how much we wasted waiting on them to finish talking and get back to our two small smoothies ??Also, I overheard the blonde be snippy with one of the other girls and say "that needs to get out like now" but she was arguably the slowest one and the most confused on what she was doing. She repeatedly said she didn't know what to do if a smoothie overflowed. She should get her act together before she talks to someone else about anything.
