I'm allergic to gluten and they handled my sandwich with so much care. Wiping everything down and taking the extra mile to make sure I didn't get my food cross contaminated. My husband also got a sandwich and they got his done real fast and he ate it up. They were very sweet. Also my sandwich was bomb, way better than the Tumwater store that I am used too.

Best food ever! The two managers are a delight and don't stop talking to you until you're out the door, I felt like we were all buddies! I came in a few weeks ago but after my second trip, I have to write a good review! Food is delicious and the customer service makes me want to come back.

Wow! I’ve never been to Jersey mikes before. Shame on me, for assuming it was like any other chain sandwich shop. Boy, was I proven wrong! I am never going to any other chain sandwich place again. This even rivals up with the local shops. The employees were very nice and friendly. The meat is cut right in front of you. The ingredients tasted fresh and crisp. The Rosemary bread was so delicious. The picture doesn’t do it justice it was HUGE and thick! Usually a medium sub anywhere else is not as filling and I could eat one to myself. Here I could’ve split the sandwich with my husband and all for $10?! I will definitely be back.

Watched an employee drop his glove on the ground and then pick it up and put it on before starting to make food. This is after he did not wash his hands after coming out of the back, putting on an apron, and then touching his face multiple times.
