Riley is extremely helpful! I initially called thinking my sandwich was made incorrectly, but after reviewing my order, I realized the mistake was actually on my end. Riley handled the situation with patience and professionalism, quickly resolving everything. I left very satisfied and have continued to come back because of his outstanding customer service.
McKay is also amazing. His service is top-notch, and I truly appreciate his authenticity and friendly attitude.
This location consistently delivers great food and even better customer service. Highly recommend Jersey Mike’s to anyone looking for a tasty sandwich and a great experience!

Manager on the shift had a horrible attitude from the beginning. 40 minutes of waiting and being patient for a hot sandwich, everyone was served before they made my sandwich. My order ended up being wrong when I told them the supervisor with the septum piercing got even angrier. I asked if I could have my sandwich discounted and then I was refunded and refused service... Never stepping foot in here again.

They seem to poorly staff the place every weekend. They can't keep time commitments on online orders. Have online orders waiting that were place 30 min prior waiting as people who just walked in get sandwiches before them.

By far the worst customer service. I stood in a relatively short line to order a sandwich for an extended period of time... There was 3 employees helping one customer.
The whole time i getting weird looks and stares from the staff.
Once the employees finish with the customer in front of me, the employee at the register if they were good, looks right at me and says I'll be back!!! Not one time was I greeted, asked what I would like, etc...
I'd much rather spend my money where it and I are valued as customer. Not disrespected!!!
They had run out of many things this time otherwise would have given all 5 stars

I'm allergic to gluten and they handled my sandwich with so much care. Wiping everything down and taking the extra mile to make sure I didn't get my food cross contaminated. My husband also got a sandwich and they got his done real fast and he ate it up. They were very sweet. Also my sandwich was bomb, way better than the Tumwater store that I am used too.
