I really like jersey mikes but a couple weeks ago I found hair in my sandwich, got grossed out and didn’t eat the rest. So I decided to not order it for a while, ordered it again tonight and found another hair. I don’t think I’m going to go back to the Lacey location. /:

If I could give zero stars I would, walked in only one person asked if I was picking up, the man that handed me my order only placed it on the counter didn't greet or anything, zero customer service skills, please give your employees more training on how service works. Sandwich was okay need fresher ingredients as the lettuce was brown and black.

Surprise, surprised, walking into a Jersey Mike’s again, and there was food literally all over the place old and dried out meat stuck in the meat cutter, lettuce, covered almost every inch of the counter. The mayonnaise was dried out and there wasn’t a single customer in there so it’s not like they were busy one of these days Managment might want to step in. then, to top it all off the lady behind the counter was rude.

I had a rather bad experience the other day, this isn’t entirely jersey mikes fault but it’s rather expensive compared to other amazing places like Meconis and even subway. They charged me 28 dollars for the giant sub and got the ingredients all wrong.

The place was very busy... but the staff was friendly and the guy making the sandwiches was a pro... he kept everyone apprised of the wait time and worked very hard to move things along at a fast pace... the sandwich was delightful.
This is the best sandwich shop in town. Yes there are others but Subway is trash compared to Jersey Mikes! Sorry Subway! Not sorry! Lol just my opinion. Nice staff and a clean store.

Worst customer service ever. When my husband placed our order for 2 sandwiches the employee rolled her eyes, shrugged her shoulders and said “I guess”. On top of that they were blaring music that had the “N” word every other word which I thought was pretty unprofessional to say the least.

Love Jersey Mikes but this place needs to work on better employees. Between rapping, nodding off standing up and going into the back a few times after about 10 minutes there is finally cheese on my sandwiches. It's sad really.

After waiting over 5mins the server said I'll be with you in a few minutes. While observing I noticed unclean tables as well as the area behind the counter where they prepared the sandwiches was very messy. After another 5mins I left and went to Chipotle's. More than likely I won't be back. But that's my review.
