For some reason, this location is always incredibly slow. Maybe they need more staff. There was one car in front of me today, and it took 5 minutes to get my order. They aren't living up to their "freaky fast" slogan. Staff are always nice, but something isn't working right at this store.

MADE MY FOOD WORNG 4 TIMES IN ONE DAY GOT A 13. THAT HAS NO LETTUCE. CALLES FOR A REMAKE THEY PUT LETTUCE ON IT. I CALLED AGAIN ONE HAD LETTUCE THE OTHER DIDNT CALLED AGAIN THEY THROW MY FOOD BY MY DOOR INSTEAD OF HANDING IT TO ME. PROBABLY WONT ORDER AGAIN. VERY DISAPPOINTING THEY NEVER WERE LIKE THIS. I ONLY LIKE ONE DELIVERY DRIVER THERE AND SHES SUPER SWEET.

I went in and ordered my usual Club Lulu, and this time, I ordered a 16" with extra mayo and extra bacon. Normally, with my 8" with the extra mayo and extra bacon, it's pretty loaded and not dry. So watching this guy make my sandwich, he put 2 small scoops of mayo on and rubbed it in, and the extra bacon, what is considered extra? I have 2 slices of bacon on a 16", so the sandwich is really dry and boring. I asked about the extra mayo, and he said it's on there. Really? basically, it's 1 scoop of mayo per 8" I watched him make my husband's, and he used the exact same amount of mayo. Won't be going to this place if the same guy is working.

I frequent this Jimmy John's on a monthly basis or so. Today was the first time I had a hair in my sandwich. Just gross biting into that. See picture (sorry for the grossness ?). Zoom in and you will see a curly hair. The only person who has close to that type of hair is my toddler son, who most assuredly did not make my sandwich. Be better Jimmy John's. I typically enjoy the sandwiches, when there are no hairs in them. ?

This place always makes my sandwich perfect and they are super nice. Kids there are actually really sweet. If they mess up my food or make me wait, they always make it right. They also genuinely seem like they're having a good time. I'm impressed. Bread was perfect too, some of the JJ's mess that up and that's hard to make right. I absolutely will be returning on hot days for cold sammys.

This is the 3rd time now of eating at this location and getting sick. After hearing from past employees that worked at this location, I can only assume that they were speaking truthfully about the horrible practices of this branch. I wonder what would happen if they received a surprise health inspection? Nonetheless, after getting sick 3 different times ONLY from eating at this location, I will no longer be eating at ANY Jimmy John's from here on out for my safety and health.
