Allergies beware! They get my order wrong consistently, nearly every time. Beach club with NO CHEESE, cut in half. Not even kidding, 2 of the times it had no turkey, literally just lettuce and cucumber and tomato. Today it was all cheese, no avocado or anything. I have stopped trying to give them chances and now assume I will ever get what I ordered here. Waste of money when you are paying for a sandwich you can’t even eat due to allergies. Also, the bread is always undercooked at this location. The downtown Oly location is much better!

I'm still disappointed that Jimmy Mustard was discontinued. Something missing in my sandwiches since the elimination of Jimmy Mustard. Today was my first sandwich since June. Thinking a break would be a wakeup. NOPE! Bad corporate decision

20 minutes in the drive through for jimmy John’s is crazy enough. To get my order wrong after all that is crazier. To have to remind the cashier what my order was AND have to remind her to charge my card, is bonkers.

For some reason, this location is always incredibly slow. Maybe they need more staff. There was one car in front of me today, and it took 5 minutes to get my order. They aren't living up to their "freaky fast" slogan. Staff are always nice, but something isn't working right at this store.

MADE MY FOOD WORNG 4 TIMES IN ONE DAY GOT A 13. THAT HAS NO LETTUCE. CALLES FOR A REMAKE THEY PUT LETTUCE ON IT. I CALLED AGAIN ONE HAD LETTUCE THE OTHER DIDNT CALLED AGAIN THEY THROW MY FOOD BY MY DOOR INSTEAD OF HANDING IT TO ME. PROBABLY WONT ORDER AGAIN. VERY DISAPPOINTING THEY NEVER WERE LIKE THIS.
