I went in this evening to pick up an online order. After a few moments an employee came up to serve us. The kind woman in front of me mentioned the name she was picking up for, she was handed her food, we exchanged pleasantries, and she was on her way. I (a black woman, admittedly not dressed the best as I was just running in to grab dinner) was asked to confirm my order with my phone.
While this is certainly not an issue, I must admit feeling discriminated against for a few reasons. 1. The woman in front of me was not asked to confirm her pick up order. 2. I have been in this EXACT location with my housemate, who is NOT black, as she picks online orders more than a few times, and she has NEVER been asked to verify her order with her phone. As a matter of fact, when I ran back out to get my phone, she even made a comment about it.
I understand this is not a huge deal to many, but leaving a space feeling uncomfortable from what I could only deem as a racial interaction sucks. While I’m hoping I’m wrong and just hoping the employees intentions were different. I must say, if you’re going to ask one person for verification, you should probably make it a practice to ask everyone.
I definitely won’t be back to this location.

ordered two famous bowls and both came with 6 tiny mini sized nuggets that doesbt even cover half the bowl. not even full sized. the past few times ive been here i have noticed that they hold back on how much chicken they give you, but this time im realizing that they really skimp on ur food at this location! definitely don’t recommend going here unless you wanna get played. save your money yall.

Went thru drive thru weren't able to communicate with order taker had to ask for plates and utensils First time back since store remodel Coleslaw good Chicken was smaller Chicken strips were dry , Biscuit dry and tasty like store brand We forgot to ask for receipt We felt like we shouldn't have to ask for receipt we should automatically get a receipt with order It will be awhile before we return to where once was our fav KFC

I've only gone a few times in the last year, but I'll tell you Those few times were so horrible . Not sure what's changed. The staff is always constantly changing that probably has something to do with it. I used to go there every single week on tuesday afternoon every. single. week. in 2022 and 2023 And during those times it was such a great atmosphere. The place was spotless. I couldn't imagine a store that served so much food, to be so clean. There was always nice music playing. I really liked going there before any rushes. Never seemed to be busy or too busy to still not be fast. My food was always hot and served to me within Just a couple minutes. As of right now, I don't even want to go through the drive through. Last time I did that, The prices weren't the same as they were the day before and they weren't the same as what the person was Charging me and telling me at the window, as theyvwere on the sign. Apparently, if I wanted my fries hot too, I have to ask specifically for that. Overall the place in my honest tried and true opinion, is gross. Sad decline over the last year and I will never return.

Chicken strips the size of my literal finger i took pictures because i was so appalled charged for a 5 piece at $15.99......I kid you not.......ordered 5 got only 4 of the most emaciated looking chicken strip meal. When I called to complain and ask if we were being pranked I got told that's the size of all their chicken strips(straight lies we normally go over to the one on Martin and Galaxy and they are quadruple the size but get so slammed they run out of product this time of night(9:30pm) so we thought we would try a different one)......When I asked to leave my name to come get a refund......America the csr I was talking to on the phone tried to insulate if I didn't come right now I wouldn't be getting a refund. I asked if this was a local store policy or cooperate one because I'd like to enjoy my dinner while it was hot and not waste extra gas. After she "checked" with her manager said since she was on in the morning I could come get the refund for the chicken strip meal in the morning. I do have pictures of the laughable excuse for chicken strips we were given just no where to post them on Google review.
I didnt think it could get worse, and then I opened my 3 piece dark meat original recipe meal........*facepalm* the chicken leg is the size of my finger as well(yes took a picture). I'm not making another call to the store when they didnt want to answer the first one tonight I'll show them the ridiculous size of the chicken wing sized chicken leg when I go to get refunded for the other meal.
Utter failure my husband and I are going hungry tonight we were that put off by our meals.
This location is my favorite, the staff is always polite and the food consistently good.

Had the Thanksgiving meal and I was very happy with it. The turkey was perfect and coupled with the usual KFC sides it was the perfect holiday dinner. This become a new tradition.

My family has come to call this the good KFC. It's definitely the best in this area almost always gets orders right and the chicken is always fresh n' tasty. If you're in the mood for KFC in Olympia use this location above the others.
Parking: I've never noticed the parking lot actually full but the drive-through is always flowing they're really fast.
