Ugh. Ordered 2 three piece chicken tender meal. The tenders were literally the size of a pinky finger. You get three pinky fingers of chicken and a 1/4 cup side and a biscuit. It was $27. Never returning which is sad because I was trying to share my nostalgia for the brand with my kid.

Absolutely the worst KFC ever. Tried talking to one of the employees and they didn't even speak English. Then the manager comes out and tells me she can't switch the bucket from mixed to all dark. Complete lies because the one on Martin and the one in Centralia does it for me all the time. And they ALWAYS mess up my order when it's clear as day.

Service and atmosphere is awesome and great! I want to be very clear. We order from this location a lot because my household loves your mashed potatoe bowls. No complaints at all about service and atmosphere. Even with delivery there’s never anything missing. 100% satisfactory service all around every time!

I came in today because my little dog is at the emergency vet close by. The restaurant was super clean, the food was good and the customer service was amazing. Thank you. This has been a stressful day (and expensive) and this small good experience is appreciated.
This place rocks. Every time I come here the food slaps. I usually get my order right but the time I didn't it was so busy and understandable. I kindly went inside, and they immediately fixed the mistake and gave me a free cake, and I went home to enjoy my meal.

KFC chicken is always good, but if I'm allowed to make a criticism, it would be the package boxes they use. When they put the chicken into the box, then put the box into a paper bag and hand it to you, you have no clue you're carrying a lethal weapon – at least as far as your leather seats are concerned. But, the chicken itself? It's great!

The people are great but the food is getting to the point that I will stop going to this store all together. The biscuits were hard n dry, the chicken was over cooked and crunchy (original) and the Cole slaw bowls were not filled all the way (1/2- 2/3 full). The dessert bites were fantastic!
