Food is delicious and very well served. Everything is good, except the older woman, seems to be always on a rush.. If you ask her something she seems to get upset. Compared to the young man, he was very kind and helpful. Always a smile in his face.

The same as Panda Express. It's not better than fast food.

Stopped here for dinner. Service, food, and atmosphere are excellent. The whole fish dish prepared in garlic sauce was amazing. The restaurant is able to make several dishes using gluten free ingredients except for beef as the meat is pre-marinated. Ample free parking spaces are available and meals are served in larger portions.

They don’t have kid sized menu items. Our 1 yo and 3 yo eat what we eat but they don’t have kid size plate options for them which was a shame! Also our food was very good but only one lady seemed to be taking over and struggling to do it but wouldn’t let anyone help. We had a nice guy at first but then the lady heard us ask a question and she jumped in pushing him away and he never came back. At that point she was doing everything and not well. We got our spring rolls and had to ask for plates for our kids to have plates… at which point she talked on the phone and what not so finally my husband got up and got the plates himself. When she finally came back we were done with our appetizer.
She was kind enough to us but acted like having our kids there was not her job. She wasn’t going to give them plates or silverware and when we asked for all of us to have chopsticks she wasn’t pleased and then she watched my 1yo eat noodles with them and seems surprised ? her whole reaction was so negative to our kids despite being quiet and well behaved.

Food was excellent. Waiter could have gone around asking if anyone wanted appetizers. We're 24 of us. Only one family got served any. Bill included gratuity(20%) but it also gave a place for a tip. Nothing like trying to double dip.

My family had my 60th surprise birthday celebration in a private room, which was elegantly decorated. It was perfect. The server alone would bring me back again! She was lightning fast and had a wonderful sense of humor! The food was excellent. All 20+ were pleased with our drinks, appetizers, and dinners. Thanks for the great night Lemon Grass!

Food is very good, flavorful and good portion size. Try the fish in garlic sauce for something different. The only disappointment is the slow service. Perhaps because they make things fresh. If so, it’s worth the wait! Just be prepared to allow extra time, relax and enjoy some excellent food and a contemporary atmosphere. Drinks are good too.

The quality of Lemon Grass dishes are just as delicious as they were at the downtown location 22+ years ago. The portions are generous and the price is definitely worth it. The server was fantastic as well! My parents were definitely impressed with the whole experience, as well! I especially love their fried rice dishes, but everything is so good.
Vegetarian options: You can replace meat with tofu in many of the dishes.
Dietary restrictions: If there's something you aren't able to eat and it's an ingredient and they will either leave out the ingredient or suggest something that might be better for you due to your dietary restriction. You can usually swap out any kind of meat for tofu. Just make sure to ask about it!

Hadn't been here in a while and decided to have dinner a couple weeks back. Food was good but service was not. Our server never checked on us once . Needless to say, they did not get much of a tip and probably won't go back

The food here is amazing. Zero complaints. The service and atmosphere has gone downhill. As you enter the restaurant, the landscaping looks overgrown and neglected. Zero effort has been made to maintain the outside property. Not a great impression. The bussers are working quickly and servicing a lot of tables. There were 2 servers. 1 in particular was more concerned about visiting with 1 table, rather than waiting on all in her area. We waited nearly 20 minutes for her to even show up at our table. If it weren't for the busser, we wouldn't have even had water. He apologized several times and said he would send her over soon. Once she headed our way, we realized, she had been sitting down, visiting with 1 table since we walked in. 20 minutes. During those 20 minutes, she not only neglected us, but every other table in her section. We will probably choose to go to Tumwater in the future for better service.
