I like Long John Silver's and I have eaten at this specific location several times in the past few months. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because one time the food was not fresh and was oily. Another time their price was $7 higher for the same order I had just 4 days before. Not sure why but I didn't have a coupon either time nor saw any specific specials so why was the difference???

If I could get this -5 stars I would do that this is the most disgusting place I have ever ate at!tried this store 3 times and every time failed won't be going back there again it is disgusting!!

Absolutely revolting! As soon as a person walks in the door you are greeted by the smell of rotting Fish & Chicken. I was trying to find a good place that would substitute my Skippers craving. Moving forward I still decided to give the food a try and that was a mistake oh, it tasted awful and I couldn't even have eat half of it and I was really hungry! The hush puppies tasted like the rotting fish smell that was permeating the entire establishment. I miss Skippers so much! I would just steer clear of this whole building if I were you, the KFC, and the Long John Silver's. I would not be surprised if someone got sick from eating here. All these employees need to be trained in cleanliness and given a bucket of bleach.

They forgot to add an entire meal of ours! Unfortunately, we live a bit away and didn't look in the bag to see until we got home. I thought it was taken care of when we called and the man ager at the time was apologetic, but with a different manager in person at the time of pickup was quite the opposite.

They advertised a all you can eat fish and chicken but there was no all you can eat., And the fish was very bad the kfc good tho.

Absolutely disappointed !! What kind of restaurant is OUT OF FISH when that's all you are !?!? It's a Saturday night and you're out of fish !?!? And...all theses commercials you're advertising on TV ? I haven't been to a Long John Silvers since I was a kid living in Florida. Was pretty happy to try you tonight, but you lost a customer and I won't spend any money in your establishment. Good Luck !!

Should really take long john silvers out of this location. I'm a huge fan of thier food, but at this location you can never get a decent piece of fish. Every single time it tastes likes it just been sitting in grease for hours..

Fish tasted awful from whatever grease they use to fry it in. No chicken planks and no Long John Silvers original french fries; they give you KFC wedges instead and even those arent that good. Honestly the only thing I could stomach was the hush puppies...what a waste of $16. I've learned my lesson, I'm not going back to this KFC/Long John Silvers location anymore.

What kind of long john silvers doesn't serve chicken planks? Only reason I go there from tacoma and now they don't even serve what's on their menu??

I went in today with a very large order. The lady at the drive through window was very polite and told me that it would take a little while because of the size of the order. They made the food very quickly and when I got back to work all of the orders were perfect! Thank you all for the great service😃

The cashier was barely able to be heard, then went to sit, there was a greasy film on every thing, the cashier said it was the cleaner, but I have never in my life had a cleaner leave a greasy film on everything. Even the floor was slippery with grease
