Stopped in about 7:30 am for our guilty pleasure of a Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuits on a road trip up I-5 today. Both my wife and my sandwiches were tepid at best. It's the only thing I ever order and always hot and fresh. First time at this location, not so much.

Very fast taking my order, paying by credit card, and delivering food. Price has tripled since last I ate at McDonalds but dining out is pretty expensive most places now. Overcharged by $4 for second mcmuffin was entirely inappropriate though. Ordered sausage mcmuffins but ham instead. Careless oversite but not a big deal to me. food was only luke warm which is really bad when it comes to hash browns as they are so greasy. Don't see myself eating here again unless I really must (power outage at home today).

The Coca Cola is the best thing they have. Had a great experience the other day. I tried ordering thru the app, and it would only allow me to use the number already on the screen. The worker said there no number like that. The manager insisted I try uninstalling the app, and rebooting it. Fine when there's no rush, but I was in a very, busy drive thru. All I wanted was a free fry with purchase of beverage. The manager refused to honor the mistake made by the app. Poor service. For one little French fry, they have made me not want to eat at this place. And I've loved McDonald's all my life. Disappointed customer. Never going back. 😡🤬

Update recent visit. September 19 2025 We're inside around 9:45 There was a commotion okay. But then I observed, it's a manager blonde lady. tall and bulky Not willing to listen to the DoorDash person. I just kept observing the situation she telling her leave I'm gonna to call the cops, okay, That's over and done with okay. But then she was hostile towards her employees, which made us very uncomfortable. The environment felt toxic. She wanted them to focus more on the drive through, not the lobby too everything seemed locked down there. I don't think I'll go back there again. Just felt uncomfortable there
The staff there tonight was very rude and terrible. They forgot half my order. I waited for. I came all the way back from my house. That's 30 minutes away to get The food that they owe me to pretty much thrown into my car. I just can't believe how rude they were. It's very inconsiderate.
I was told by the shift manager that they could not help me over the phone for the tiny tan toys. First she said they don’t have numbers, I mentioned that they do. We get what we get in the happy meal and it’s only this McDonald’s that does that. I went to five other McDonalds that helped complete the set.
