I ordered 3 meals for my family. I found out when I got home that I didn't get one meal, or the fries. I went back, with my receipt, and even a picture of the food my wife sent me, and the manager Adrian, short guy with longer hair and greenish eyes, refused to give me the rest of my food or *my money back*, because the food wasn't there with me- even though I had pics and receipt. I live right by this McDonald's but I guess this is the last time I go there.
Petty tyrants on a power trip cost me almost an hour of my time and a lot of grief. A guy hit my truck in the drive-through while I was waiting for this to resolve, too! I'm quite sure Mike Bowers doesn't want that experience for his customers?

This is the cleanest McDonald's that I've seen in years. I took my Mom there today for lunch and even though the place was hopping, it was quiet and calm. The food was hot and they had the diet coke fountain calibrated perfectly.
Kid-friendliness: They have an enclosed play area. There were lots of kids playing and you couldn't even hear them in the restaurant.

Turned my 1 star review to a 5 star review because of Braiden, it was because of a mistake I needed to come back, but his professionalism and attention to fix it right away being polite understanding and respectful even though I didn't start out very happy. Thank you Braiden.
Got my 5 star back to 1, came in and asked why I couldn't have 1 out of the 4 sodas I got filled as much as the others so my kids don't fight and also it was low, the teenager running the drive through(white girl, black long hair) had no problem being as rude as she felt to me. I'm going to the one on pacific from now on.

Dont go through the drivethrough because they will park you. Your food will be cold by the time it gets out because they are more worried about drive through times then customer satisfaction.

Ordered food here they completely messed up my order called to get a refund or my food fixed as I just drove all the way home and the employee was very unhelpful. Check your food before you leave apparently they can't do there job right. You make almost as much as me as a caregiver do your damn job.

Just love the respectful worker give me burnt to crips nuggets I asked for sauce for my 20 pc and it’s on the receipt and guess what no sauce oh not to mention my fries were not even cooked or salted horrible boat do not recommend

Had trouble getting order fixed in the end, waiting to talk with owner about the situation.. It was incredibly childish the way the Gal acted from the start,, I understand $51.00 is a bit of food, but not too much you forget a large portion of the meal, Atmosphere was completely negative, customer service was beyond childish.
(Dylan the man that originally did help and such, is a great employee and understood what had happened and said to come in with receipt and get resolved. ^^ Dylan needs a raise and recognition for his top tier customer service)
Realized after call, Gal had taken back my receipt to check against order and never handed back to me After handing me my food real fast forgetting to hand me my drinks without me saying something about the drinks then in a hostile manner she handed them to me but with too much hostility and impatience for that kind of work and I called to say that my receipt hadnt been handed back and like a kid she kept hanging up on me and told me she had my name and # and was calling the police for harassment?
My kids just wanted the 20 piece Nugget that they were supposed to get with their burger meal,
should be zero stars for that person not the establishment
They put ketchup and mustard on my burger even though I asked them not to. It’s not hard. I’m allergic to ketchup. It 2 less things on a burger.

It took 10 minutes for them to get 2 mocha frappes, The manager was rude, unprofessional, unproductive, she cussed at me for asking for her corporate number to complain about service, she wouldn’t give me her name so I could complain and she then proceeded to ask me my name so she could ban me- other associates were respectful and nice and would actually acknowledge the customer was there, definitely would not recommend this location, especially before 1 pm, completely unprofessional, id order from the pacific location or hawks Prairie
