Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I didn’t have the option to order something inside without using the kiosk. The woman inside who appeared to be the manager refused to help me and I’m very young and capable. DO NOT GO HERE

Probably the best McDonald's in the Lacey, Olympia, tumwater area.
Its good, but i dont like how expensive McDonald's is getting for the ammount you get, plus they keep messing up my order constantly and have to have it remade 2-3 times

I don't usually review a fast food place, BUT this McDonald's was above all I've visited. The kiosk was easy to use to order. If you had never used one before, someone was there to help. You could pay using cash or credit card. The service was fast and delivered to our table. The bathroom was clean but they are locked and you need to ask an employee to open them. A minor inconvenience, I ordered tea and to get a refill I went to a worker to ask for one. Overall, stop here if looking for fast food.

I put in an order on the app. Customized my order. Added canadian bacon (an extra $2.59) to my sausage mcmuffin (muffin, sausage, cheese, no egg, no bacon). What they gave me was an egg mcmuffin (egg, cheese, bacon, muffin, no sausage). Egg and bacon make me sick (that's why I didn't order it) but by the time i opened it i was already half way home (I live an hour away). Really sucky experience after working my 12.5 hour shift at the hospital.

I've gotten coffee from McDonald's 3 times and the first time was a mocha frap which I love so much 10/10. But the other two times were iced coffees and it tasted like crap like it had less Carmel and less sweetness. It tasted bitter like it had more of the coffee brew then the actual flavor, I got less Carmel on mine today and it wasn't the very best that I had to put my own creamer at home to make it taste better. They always underfill my coffee and I'm paying 4 almost 5 bucks for this? I expected some actual flavor. Never getting iced coffee from here again but the fraps are a 10.
