Have people in line on Christmas Eve and said they’re closed. Just needed a quick bite to eat after working all day and there’s literally people in line. This McDonald’s always has sucked though.

Food's okay but the problem is it takes forever going through the drive-thru to get your food. I've sat in line there for upwards of 15 minutes. Yes I'm not kidding, this place is freaking slow, they are slower than molasses on a freezing day.

The past two times I’ve come here the worker on duty at night named Jesse has always been very welcoming and kind which is a really great attribute especially working in a fast paced environment. Jesse took the time to look over my order, he didn’t like the condition the Mccrispys were in so offered to change it out for anything on the menu instead of serving food that isn’t a good quality. From observing his relationship with his co-workers I can tell that he is a positive person to work around. If you come here at night you’ll be in good hands with Jesse

Went through the drive through and ordered a Grinch meal...tge response was we dont have anything called that as the sign was literally flashing that option. Ended up with a filet of fish meal that was rock hard and tasted foul. Threw it away all in all I was in the drive thru for 18 minutes and the kid at the window that handed me my food didn't speak to me once. Will not be returning to this location.

The manager on duty could not have been more patient, kind, and friendly!! Everyone else on shift seemed glad to be there and the store looked spotless.. a rarity amongst McDonalds I’ve visited. Great experience🙂

I came late to pick up an online order I completed tonight. I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip meal large fry large drink for my son. I ordered 2 apple pies. I was informed at pick up they were out of apple pies and couldn’t refund the apple pies bc I ordered through the app. I got home unpacked our items to find a 3 piece chicken strip med fry large drink. Considering it’s now 1139pm I am not going to drive all the way back there so I’ll make the mistake known here instead.

Pretty decent selection but spent 15 minutes in the lobby finally hands my meal to me like it was just pulled out of the garbage can. cold fresh spilled over inside the bag tells me he still has to go make my drink. At this moment i decided to ask for a complimentary pie for such a long wait but was quickly denied. so I just got my money back and left hungry but I wasn't going to be treated like that and sure not spending my money on that kinds experience

The crew members and staff were playing a joke or something on me and I didn't find it. Funny having to go through the drive-thru multiple times. Three different times. I asked for just a regular double cheeseburger with no pickles. The first time they gave me a plain Cheeseburger and I came back into the store and said I wanted a double cheeseburger with no pickles. They gave me once again a double cheeseburger but plain. At this point I almost gave up and just cut my losses but said you know what I want to get what I paid for because this is the only item that was for me. And once again went to the counter and asked for the correct sandwich and the entire crew was laughing at me. I just can't believe that it was a joke and literally three separate wrong made orders was all just to mess with a customer. The whole crew should get fired honestly.
