Manager was very ignorant. Kept calling me boss and didn't understand a word I was saying to him. My son tried to order and the price was $70.00. So I told this guy to clear the order and he wouldn't. I tried to order and he was very impatiant.

I love McDonalds and never have I had to beg for them to get my correct order! This has happened on multiple occasions. My order was missing our key components, such as fries, drinks, and burgers. With economic situation we should have not to get skimped by! Do better McDonald’s.

They have the worst customer service ever I been to many restaurant with bad customer service but this one take the cake I went into the McDonald to get a milkshake there guy on break or on the clock not doing his job the manger saw me and couple other employees waiting in the lobby to oder. They only had three car in the drive thru then that pick up. They straight up ignored me didn’t even say I will be right with you nothing. I wait a while about 15 to 20 minutes didn’t get any help so I left. I called the customer complaint line for the last 2 day they have been no help saying they were going to take care of it and the restaurant owner would call and never did. They said the owner emailed me yesterday when they didn’t ask for my email. They prioritized the dive thu so they were saying they saying by not giving me services they only way to get service is if I drove my car through the dive thru. What if you didn’t have a car It is not covid. They should not be prioritize one customer over another. This is discriminatory or unfair to the people Dining in or people that don’t have car. By only prioritize only the drive thru. Saying it is ok to ignore just because you are dining in. You guy are call fast food not a Dine restaurant like Applebees, for example with a waiter. I am only giving one star because there is no option to give zero

Had the worst experience tonight with a white karen who was working. Charging people for SAUCE WHEN WE HAVE GONE MULTIPLE times to this location and never been charged. Also the whole attitude she had bumping slim shady won’t make you one of us. Definitely not coming here again . 1/10

This location is in a prime location and can be very busy. I don't wanna customer is in the lobby wanting to place an order, My suggestion would be to help them!

Don't stand behind the counter and say you need to place your order through the kiosk!

FYI some orders can't be placed through the kiosk because they are special orders.

Not only that, how about breeding your customers? Rather than place your order in the kiosh, please. Once I even place my order I still wasn't greeted. Nor was I greeted when the individual gave me my order.

Come on, really! Is your staff that lazy that they can't interact with customers?

Used to be one of the worse mcdonalds in town but the staff had a good attitude at least but they brouhht in a new Manager or gm idk who but it has gotten way better sense he has been there consistently

Everyone at the store is really nice and friendly. Even when they forgot my pies, they apologized, which meant a lot because it wasn’t that employees mistake.
