It's always something at this store. Managers refusing to serve breakfast at 945, not communicating about broken coffee machines so I spent ten minutes waiting on a single coffee order. Management needs to do something about this store. Disappointed is an understatement.

The Delivery was great! The food was a sloppy mess, Fries were cold and stale, fish Sandwich was made so sloppy the sauce was all over. Every time we get food there its bad. Were done with this Location! Get some workers who care about good service.

They forgot to give me my coffee, I drove off thinking i had my whole order because she said thank you, and have a nice day like we were done. Then I realized wait where is my coffee, so that was cool. Then my hashbrown was so cold and soggy. It's 6am. No one in line, that should be hot and fresh made. I'm not happy with this place. This is basic food. It's a hashbrown deep fried, not soaked in cold oil. I literally mean only the edges were crisp.Lame experience.

Manager is more concerned with tik tok and trying to giver her phone number out to customers when they are trying to get the district managers number. The reason I am trying to contact district manager is because the stank like fish manager put her hooves in my drink. But just like some gen z trash gonna get mad at me because I don't want a finger in my drink. Don't worry cuz yall are now my new personal project.

Disappointed on week ends. Ask for and pay for extra onions..never get them. Regular cheeseburger had mayo on it. Alot! Fell on my car seat when opening it. It's a crap shoot

I always have something missing from my order, and no, I'm m not exaggerating. 10 out of 10 times they leave something out or switch something out, management tries hard not to be rude to you, (which is worse than being rude to) lolcant wait for the robots!! Robots will be 99.9% accurate and also, really mean it when they tell me to have a nice day?

It's McDonald's so I sort of have a built-in rating system for McDonald's it never varies except for Ambience and atmosphere. Problem I have with this one is that it's not open very late it's ridiculous I mean one of the big things about McDonald's is they're open when you need them. Why else would I go there I don't love the food.

She thought I was prank calling and I wasn’t . Be careful going to the McDonald’s on Pacific Avenue in Lacey Washington because you might get a band aid in your stuff and they

This used to be my favorite McDonald’s in Lacey but it’s gone way downhill in the last couple of years. Yes I get it -it’s McDonald’s and not a upscale restaurant but the food never tastes fresh and the employees are so rude. I hardly ever leave reviews but after today I’m done with this location.

Website says dine in is open but when you go in person to dine in the doors are locked. This was the second time. They need to change the website to show no dine in. What a waste of time.
