Just had the purple haired, vampire tooth girl in the drive through, freak the hell out on me , telling me to “get out” and slammed the window(multiple times)so hard I think she broke it😂Just because the car if front of me, waited at window for about 5 min, they didn’t know they needed to pull forward. When I finally approached the first window to pay, I asked the cashier, What took so long with that car? He said I don’t think they knew they were supposed to pull forward. I replied oh, you didn’t think to tell them please pull forward to the next window? The purple haired vampire to his girl instantly lost it. Told me don’t even start with her. And I replied, you could’ve told them. That is when she slammed the window multiple times almost breaking it. Screaming at me to get out of her drive-through lmfao. She literally tried running to the second Window to scream more things at me😂 I just wanted my double cheeseburgers and to leave thank you bye👍🏻

It’s a shame my local McDonald’s is the actual worst one in the area.
Receipt dispensers in the kiosks will go weeks without being restocked. Food is often old and not seeming fresh. Weird portions on food very often. Items are constantly missing.
Generally, there’s a lot of maintenance problems and a lack of care. Definitely needs improvement.

Wait times are usually pretty low even when the lines are long. The employees know my mom by her order as she comes through the drive thru every single day, on her way to work, and they great her by name and are always very friendly. The food is always fresh and very hot. Never disappointing!

If you love being ignored and having yoir food take 20 minutes and not come out accurate, this is the place for you. EVERY TIME, i have this issue with this place.
Sorry but when I say I want FRESH fries and they give me one container that is soggy and cold and then my kids fries has a hair in it, I look at the employee and say no I will pull around and wait because I want what I’m paying for which is crispy fresh fries. I pull around and not even 30 seconds she comes out with another container of cold half full fries … it’s not rocket science plus McDonald’s was my first job, I know it takes longer that 30 seconds to drop fresh fries 😂 hawks prairie and pacific ave are the best locations by far. This one is trash, went to pacific ave right after for actual food and the guy says yeah they are known for that stuff over there and shitty service … lmao

At 3:37a I drove away with no change or coffee order this morning! I waited approximately 18 minutes for an order -1 iced late. For the 3rd time this week This McDonalds location will regularly tell you (when you pull up in the drive thru) they are only taking delivery orders around 3am. Today I ordered an iced coffee - which they said they could make. The wait exceeded my time for my commute to work. When I did make it up to the pickup window, the coffee was not ready. And I had to leave. If the staffing is this low at this location at early morning hours- close to ALL orders and when ALL guests are served in a professional and prompt manner! This McDonalds owes me an iced Coffee and my change!
