Of the Three McDonalds in Lacey, this one is the best. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. The service is always pleasant as well. Breakfast or lunch, this location is great.

I only go to McDonald's on occasion, besides ordering my beloved McFlurry. The food can be a bit of a rush job since it's *fast food*, but the only important thing to me is if the beloved notorious ice cream machine works. At this location, you don't have to flip a coin if you can actually get ice cream or not because you're likely to get the soft serve you crave. Shout out to the straight-up MVP who has to clean that thing!

I’ve ordered multiple times from this location and it has been a disappointment every time. Food quality lacking, not getting items at all, and just straight out ignoring any customization requests. This most recent and last time I’ll be giving this location my money - I ordered breakfast to be picked up and once I got there, they told me my order was cancelled because by the time I arrived breakfast wasn’t being served anymore. My money was already taken and I didn’t receive any food. They were rude and dismissive at the window about it. My receipt has no proof or evidence that the transaction was cancelled and the app is showing my whole order was paid and given. I’ve basically been scammed.
Ordered curbside, waited almost 20 minutes & was given food that was clearly cooked a long time ago. Pretty disappointing.

Very bad service, and my meal is incomplete. I'm paying for it, and it's not fair that they give me a subpar meal, not to mention the service, because that's bad. If you don't want to work at McDonald's, don't work there; find one that treats people well.
