I never leave reviews, but I had to leave this one. Tonight my family and I stopped here around 8PM Christmas Eve this place was PACKED there were cars around the building for the drive through, lobby was full and door dashers complaining, but despite all that I didn’t hear a single worker complain about anything they handled it so well and I wanted to give them a shout out because they deserve it!

Initially, we were given the wrong order. We noticed after a few fries had been eaten. My husband went back inside to let the lady know we had the wrong order and she acted like it was such a huge inconvenience to her. She then let us know she would not be giving us the second fry we had ordered because we had taken the original fries. My husband told her that only a handful had been eaten before we realized THEIR mistake and gave the food back. She refused to give us our full order, so my husband just said forget it. This lady was just trying to be petty and spiteful for no reason. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Good quarter pounders, ice cream, coke, everything I’ve ordered has been delicious sometimes if you get something like me a quadruple quarter pounder they may forget that there’s two extra patties but so far now after many mistakes they have gotten it right.

Rudest manager at McDonald's ever. If you want to be treated like crap and a burden for ordering from them then come here during the night hours. Came here at 2am to get food and manager handing out the order was the rudest manager I have ever seen here. Worst customer service ever. Will definitely be following up with the general manager. Avoid coming to this McDonald's.

This is the best Mcdonald’s location I’ve ever been to. The staff are so friendly and energetic, it’s shocking almost to see such happy people at a fast food chain. I always leave in a good mood thanks to them. Some of the staff have even gone above and beyond with making difficult coffee drinks to perfection and taking extra care with our order and food. Huge thank you to this staff ☺️

One less star in food because the sauces requested were forgotten with all the meals. And one less star because the garbages were completely overflowing.
I had my son’s birthday here on a Friday Evening around 3pm because their play place is open and clean and fairly large. As soon as our party settled a school bus of children piled into the lobby and it went from fairly clean and stocked to utter chaos.
They managed the crowd as best they could given the amount of people, seemed like folks weren’t waiting too long for their meals and the employees were focused and trying to get orders through weren’t rude.
The lobby needed someone to manage it as the crowd grew. The garbage bins which had like four of them were completely overflowing and the side counter was sticky and messy. The tables weren’t wiped down in between customers but as mentioned it appeared as though it was all hands on deck to get through food orders. Overall will come back for future McDonald’s trip if I have the kiddos.
