This place makes the absolute best sandwiches. I'm not even kidding...they are THE BEST. I would consider my wife and I regulars for this spot and I don't think we have ever had a negative experience. The staff is nice, good atmosphere, and great, high quality food. They also have a patio for outdoor seating and sometimes we bring our dog with us when we sit out there. Not sure if thats actually allowed, but we've never had a problem with it... Overall excellent place. I consider it a Thurston county staple!

Wanted to like this place. Local and want to support. But damn what a weak sandwich. Most generic Philly I've had. Skimped on the meats and veggies. Dry and bland. No option for au jus. I would order subway or JJ before here again. Sometimes the chains do it better than the overpriced locals.
Used to love this place back when it was downtown only. The meat is bad, not even not good. It doesn't matter if you get ham, or turkey, or pastrami, it all tastes like bologna. And not good bologna. It's waaaau too expensive to be this bad.Vegetarian options: You can get a veggie sub and it's pretty good if you get some extra fixings, like oil 'n vinegar, and mayo or more sauce. It's ok because there's no meat...the meat is wrong, and, it's wrong.

We made a stop here on our way home to Puyallup for dinner. I ordered a combo and my girlfriend got a veggie sub because she is vegetarian. We should have checked the food before we got all the way home to Puyallup, because they gave us 2 combo subs, which both have meat on them. So now my girlfriend cant eat her dinner and we cant do anything but leave a review because of the distance we are from the store. The ticket on the bag even says 1 combo and 1 veggie. Truly an unacceptable mistake
