ETA: after posting my review the manager called me almost immediately. I updated my review based on his customer service. He explained in addition to training new staff, menu ingredients changed a few days ago but they kept the name the same. We order the same thing every time and I admittedly do not read the menu anymore, however I also didn’t notice any advertising for the change today in the drive thru. Make sure you read that menu! The great thing is you can still customize any bowl, so I’ll just have to make changes to the way I order next time. Thank you for the prompt response, Ryan - as a regular customer, I understand and appreciate your efforts to make it right!
We frequent this location and typically don’t have an issue with our order. The past two visits we’ve ordered and been given completely the wrong things - last time an entirely different bowl - and today half our sauce was missing in addition to the radishes, received white rice instead of brown and she added lettuce which I didn’t request..x2 bowls. Tried to call the location three times and no one ever answered, not worth the drive back but sooo disappointing!

They keep serving me OLD MEAT. Three times in a row now, it tasted funky and the texture seemed like it was sitting under a heat lamp for an entire day. Also, they forget the soup. Every. Single. Time. How do you keep forgetting to give me MISO soup (that I PAID FOR) when the place is literally called MISO??
This place was previously good, but they seemed to have stopped caring about the quality and food safety.

Food is always good. This is the first time i have came here and the lady gave very minimal portions. Usually my rice bowl is full. This time it is near empty and no i am not fat. They are becoming like chipotle.
I got the seahawk signature bowl. Food presentation 5/5. The Ahi Tuna tasted fresh. I was not a big fan of sweet chili sauce and poke sauce combination. Note, the corn slaw had too much dressing sauce, which caused my rice to be a bit mushy. Besides those, everything tastes great!
The service worker there was patient, nice, and attentive.
Overall . would recommend!

I asked about the roasted chicken having soy for my wife's allergy, and they responded that it didn't. While we were walking out, the employees made fun of us for asking an allergy related question. On top of that, the food was overpriced and the chicken tasted like it was sitting in a crockpot for 2 days. The inside of the restaurant is pleasant enough. Nice decorations.

I loved Miso, until this afternoon. My husband one day got so sick from eating here, he vomit and had the runs for a whole day. I disregarded it as a weird situation until it happened to me here as well. I don’t know what to call it, food poisoning? Maybe the food wasn’t cooked well. I’m not sure, I do know is I won’t be eating here again. Not after this experience.

Everything was great. Server was super nice, super polite, fast, efficient and wonderful. But she was clearly doing the work of 3 people.
Edit: I'm glad she wasn't schedule alone. I may have reacted a bit harshly, as I've been saddled with working alone before. I changed the stars of my review.
But please don't put words into my mouth. Everyone deserves their breaks, and I never said that your employees (who are awesome, i agree) don't deserve breaks.
