I love MOD Pizza. However, the customer service at this location is hit and miss, as is the pizza they create for you. Wait times are abisimal, so if you are looking for a quick lunch, this is not the location to go to. Tonight, my pizza toppings were extremely skimpy, even after nudging the pizza maker to add more of what I had asked for. Sometimes, the pizza makers are friendly. Sometimes, they act as though serving you is a hassle. The cleanliness of the pizza making area could also be improved.
Dietary restrictions: The Gluten Friendly crust is awesome. I'm very happy they offer this, so those who can not eat gluten can still enjoy MOD Pizza.

Sloppy food handling. Male teenager working to prepare pizza allowed meats to fall into the tomato sauce, cheeses, and vegetables to co-mingle, etc. I understand not all food preparations guarantee no cross-contamination, but he displayed no regard or effort to limit such instances. Lack of training or self-awareness. Please be mindful. He asked if he should change gloves only after he had touched the dairy-free, meat-free customer's crust order behind us.
