It's the closest panda to my house. I've tried there multiple times the latest time was the last straw. Placed order through app at 5:30 got there at 6:00 and not ready. I had to Ask 3 times, finally they went to the half put together order that was already there. Didn't get handed food till 6:30. I get home, missing fried rice and gave me the wrong chicken. Not going back after getting home, super annoyed.

The food is still good, and I like it, but the portion sizes have been getting smaller and smaller. I used to eat there a few times a week, but now I have cut down to once a week, and some weeks I don't go at all. The last time I went, I ordered a bigger plate, but it wasn't enough to fill me up. Before I couldn't finished bugger plate. I might have to start going to other food instead.

"Open late" but out of all the food options by 6pm. You'll end up with white rice, dry teriyaki, and spicy shrimp. It'll still be kinda good though

This place has good food, and the staff are awesome! Huge problem though, they have a homeless lady who sits right outside the door who is very rude and obnoxious. She was yelling at a poor man who offered her free food shouting she needs cash. She also ruins dashing for me as Everytime I go to pick up an order here she repeatedly keeps asking me for money. If I ran this business I would definitely do something as I'm sure this is affecting many others as well

Got the teriyaki chicken. Chicken tasted weird, not good. I should have said something but I didn't. Think I got food poisoning because the next day my stomach was messed up for days. Won't be going back.

I just left this Panda Express and drove a half block away to my home. I understand you guys are closing but $25 for some cold food and most my teriyaki was all fat. Incredibly disappointed especially since this is my go to location and I never have had a bad experience until now.
What's so difficult about putting teriyaki sauce on the side whenever i order teriyaki chicken online? I clicked teriyaki sauce for additonal sauce and they still forget to put it in the bag. I just dont understand? Why do i have to double check everytime i p/u my order when i order teriyaki chicken. What's the point of ordering teriyaki chicken if i dont get the sauce?? I dont get it man i just dont get it
I was hungry and decided to get food from this location and I got a bigger plate so I could get my usual order and get a beef and broccoli for my friend, and these guys not only took 30 minutes to get my food after ordering 15 minutes before getting to the store, but they only gave me 1 piece of beef with my beef and broccoli. 1 PIECE OF BEEF. I double checked to make sure it didn’t fall into my chow mein and lo and behold there really wasn’t more than 1 piece of beef. Don’t come to this store if there is more than 1 customer because they will mess your order up?

Walked out after waiting at the counter with 6 employees working , no one in front of us and never being acknowledged after several minutes! It wasn’t just bad service, it was no service! Also several of the food trays were nearly empty.
