Asked for my mobile order and was told to wait and then the girl with glasses was calling for people that were after me and so I had to tell her to give me my food that I had already payed for and she just looked at me and gave me a nasty look so disgusting and rude

well, they said on there hours 9:30am and waited till 10am now its 1020am and my order still koy preapared, theres no food in there hot case when they told me only will took 7mins but 7 mins pass still not ready and only 2 people working they need more people to work

i eat panda express at least three times a week. This location on Marvin Road is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. I’m not greeted as i enter, even if I’m the only person In line. The Quality of food here is always a problem. Any entree that’s supposed to be crispy has been sitting in sauce so long that it’s as soggy as oatmeal. The fried rice is always missing eggs and sometimes missing peas And onions, leaving you with super greasy rice that only has carrots in it. This place is a disgrace. I would be embarrassed to be managing this restaurant in its condition. I’ve been holding off on this review for several months and continue visiting this place in hopes that it gets better but it just Doesn’t. Now it’s time to let people know. Don’t go here. Go a couple doors down and spend a little more for quality food at Panera. That’s what I’m doing now when I’m in this area or head down to The panda on sleater-kinney and Martin Way for the panda quality we know and love.
Staff at this location, always seems to be sluggish, especially managementand they do not communicate well with each other.
This is supposed to be a fast service restaurant. There’s no pep in their Step and they don’t care how long you wait. Seriously, go somewhere else so that you’re not disappointed with your meal.

The last several times I’ve been here, the noodles have tasted awful and the food is mushy. God forbid you go in person and try to stand in line. Online orders are prioritized HEAVILY above anything else and they won’t even acknowledge your presence. I got in line at 12:28 and walked out at 12:40. Not a single person behind the counter said a word. But, the manager did come out and hook his friend up with some food while continuing to not acknowledge anyone else.
This place desperately needs to hire more workers. Every time I come in the staff is swamped and they’re all obviously trying and are very courteous but cannot keep up with the orders.

If you are spending a decent amount of money and/or ordering a large order I do not recommend using the app as they do not fill the containers up. If I didn’t live 25 minutes away I’d drive right back for a refund, multiple containers were at-least 1-2 scoops low on food that we spent almost $100 on. These photos were directly after opening.. Imaging buying a pizza and they only put cheese in 80% of the pizza.. total let down.

I went in there and they were clearly busy especially in the back. But Haylee greeted me with a big smile and offered me water while I waited. Her customer service is 5 stars ⭐️! Give this young lady a raise! This a great place for Panda 🐼!
