I like Panera although they ratted one of the waiters to ice and he was picked up and sent to Mexico. Lived here for 25 years and was a citizen now he's in all kinds of legal trouble trying to get back to us this country where his wife and three children remain. Completely disgusted. I will never go to that Panera again

This was our second visit, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing again. The person taking our order seemed unhappy or uninterested, which made the interaction feel unwelcoming. There was a lot of background noise as well. Our order took quite a while, and it was incorrect when it did.

Always enjoy going to Panera. Love their Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich and mac & cheese. Happy there are plenty of vegetarian options to choose. The inside is very neat and clean and comfortable to sit, eat, and talk.

Placed an online order the night before Mother's Day for opening pick up of bagels. When I arrived at 7 am, I was informed that half my order was not available because they didn't have the product ready. Cancelled my order and will not return to this location, maybe all Panera Breads. Such a sad representation of service.
