Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I was rushing to make an online order for the first time and did not notice they do not cook/bake at the store.
I saw some pictures uncooked during the order process but I just assumed that was an option. I really did not expect uncooked pizza cost as cooked pizza.

It is not this specific store's fault, and I could have read better, but if they do not bake at all, why do they use the cooked pizza image on the order website so much?
It is misleading.

Btw my husband burned it so I cannot rate the food.
He insists he followed the instructions. Not everybody can just bake a pizza well....so sad...

My pizza is always ready for pickup when I arrive, the crew is always friendly, and my pizzas are made with care. This is my "go to" pizza place in the Olympia/Lacey area.

I am going to stop ordering here for the high pressure sale on sides. Everytime I order a pizza I am bombarded with buying sides with my order. Most recently I ordered a pizza with a 5 cheesy bread. To avoid being haggled for "the second side for just $4 or $5 whatever it's is". I specifically say 5 cheesy bread, one side is fine.
Then the person of course, asks if I want to add a side to the order for just $5. I then say no, I just need the 5 cheesy bread. Then again!!!! "Are you sure? The side is just $5 and we have cookie dough?".

I don't call a pizza place to be harassed about buying another side. You lost my business.
